Felt like a cozy home in the heart of Athens! My husband and I stayed for two nights and loved every moment. The location made it super easy to explore the city, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming — always smiling and ready to help. Our mornings started with a lovely breakfast, and the overall atmosphere was calm and comfortable. We felt cared for the whole time. Would happily come back! 💛✨

.Very disappointing stay – would not recommend Our stay at this hotel was unfortunately a major letdown. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff came across as cold and uninterested. No warm welcome, no assistance, no effort to make guests feel comfortable. We felt more like a burden than paying customers. Breakfast closed at 9:30 AM, which is extremely early for a hotel catering to tourists. This was not clearly communicated in advance. The pool, which looks spacious and inviting on the website, turned out to be very small and crowded. There’s barely enough space for a few people to swim comfortably. Food and drinks on the rooftop were overpriced. For the same price or less, you can get better quality food just outside the hotel. We ended up bringing our meals in from nearby places — a much better option. One of the most disappointing experiences involved a taxi arranged by the hotel. A receptionist (a man with a ponytail and distinctive nose) clearly sided with a taxi driver who tried to overcharge us with a fake handwritten receipt. When we refused to pay more than €45 and mentioned calling the police, the receptionist simply laughed and said, “You should be happy he’s only trying to scam you for 5 euros.” Unacceptable behavior from hotel staff. Additionally, housekeeping staff were smoking on our floor with the door to their room wide open. The smell filled the hallway and even made its way into our room and bedding. This was extremely unpleasant and far from the standard of cleanliness you expect from a hotel. We reported this to a bald man with glasses at reception. His response? “This is the first time I’ve heard about this.” When we asked what would be done, he just said he’d pass it on to the next shift. No apology. No action. To top it off, the water dispenser in the lobby had lemon and orange slices sitting in it for what looked like several days. The water tasted sour, and it was clear no one was refreshing or cleaning it. In short: poor hospitality, no accountability, questionable hygiene, and a general feeling of being unwelcome. We will not be returning and strongly advise others to think twice before booking this hotel Please book and spend it money on an other hotel and take a hotel in Plaka district and always take in Uber taxi in Athens.

Our experience at check-in was extremely disappointing. The receptionist was rude, snappy, and dismissive from the start. We waited patiently for her to finish a phone call, only to be abruptly told to leave because she was handling something "important." When we returned 10 minutes later, she again brushed us off with, "Can't you see I'm on the phone?" Once she finally decided to assist us, her tone was condescending and unwelcoming—completely inappropriate for a 4-star hotel and especially uncomfortable in front of other guests. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this place.

A great hotel near the city, just a few steps from the metro, and close to museums like the Hellenic Museum with its cars and the Mini Greece Museum. It has a very nice view from the terrace, where there is also a pool and the Parthenon majestically appears. Two streets away, there is a whole street of markets. Although the hotel was being renovated during my stay, there was no noise, everything was clean, and the breakfast and dinner were excellent. The staff was very helpful, and I would definitely return to Athens.

I had 2 nights here, in separate rooms. The first night, in 517, it was a lovely room with walk in shower, & appeared to have been recently renovated. The fridge didn't work though. The second night, I was in 217 and it was old & dated, with the shower over the bath. This fridge also didn't work.
