Andronikos Hotel Santorini

The hotel we stayed at, Andronikos, had the best location in all of Santorini — with views that must be among the best in the world. Our room was literally on the main walking street, so it was very public, but the breathtaking sunsets made us forget about everything else. The reception staff were also incredibly nice and helpful, and everything at the hotel ran smoothly. 😍😍😍 And now a little bit critics The small things that need to be imrpoved: Firstly, the room was much smaller than expected, and the jacuzzi was hidden behind a wall. When I made the booking, these details were not clear. The photos shown on the listing were not of my actual room, but of larger rooms and the upstairs lobby. I do not mind paying more, but I believe guests should be able to see exactly what they are booking, especially when paying a higher price. Secondly, the boat tour recommended by the hotel staff was indeed a wonderful experience and worth doing. However, I was informed by the hotel that the sunset tour would cost €140 per person. Later, I discovered the same tour on GetYourGuide.com for €110 or even less. In addition, the driver charged us €300 for two people and declined to provide a receipt. I was too tired to address the matter at the time and simply paid, but this left me feeling uncomfortable. I completely understand that businesses work for profit, but at this price level, guests expect full transparency and fairness. I am writing this with the best intentions, as I would still consider returning in the future if these issues were addressed.

Andronikos was such a great location and spot for our 3 night stay. Breakfast delivered to us in the morning, with our ocean view and the staff were amazing. Giota was amazing and always looking out for us on fun things to do, places to see and where to go for food. Also, we had one of the best sunset views right from our room. I don’t have anything bad to say. 10 stars!

Alex and his team were very friendly and accommodating. We had a room with a spa and it was quite noisy and leaked by our entryway. Would agree the rooms could use some attention. The view is breathtaking, but you are on a main walking path so lots of foot traffic. Overall, great location and view.

Pretty good room with a small plunge pool. There is a walk way in front of our room. So a lot of people walk by, especially during sunset. The view in Imerovigli is 10 times better than in Santorini. Definitely worth one night’s stay.

Wonderful accomodations, services and support excepcional. Staff very efficient and much warm attending. An amazing experience!
