I recently had the pleasure of staying at a wonderful hotel that exceeded my expectations in many ways. The service was exceptional, with staff members who were not only brilliant but also incredibly professional. They took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, making me feel welcomed and valued. The ambiance of the hotel was serene and peaceful, providing a perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle of daily life. It was meticulously clean, which added to the overall comfort of my stay. I would recommend having a car at your disposal, as it makes exploring the surrounding areas much easier. Room service was another highlight of my experience. The menu offered a delightful array of options, and the staff was always ready to assist with a warm and friendly demeanor. One important tip for future guests: make sure to do your own research on local attractions. While the hotel staff are keen to assist, their recommendations often lean towards places they have partnerships with, which may not encompass the full spectrum of what’s available. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I look forward to returning!

We LOVED this hotel! The staff was super helpful in terms of setting up rentals, arranging transportation to and from all of the towns on the island, and had a ton of offerings. Each suggestion was better than the last, and the staff would check in with us each day to see what we liked and didn’t like. Sunrise wake ups are a must if you have a room facing towards the sunrise, and the breakfast options were fresh and varied each day.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and valued! Immediately walking into the lobby, we were greeted by a warm smile by Ms. Pela. She gave a thorough explanation of hotel amenities and policies. Helped us book our cruise (which was amazing!) and also gave us tips on things we can do, places to visit. We took almost every recommendation and enjoyed every bit of it. If you get a room facing the ocean, take her advice on waking up in time to watch the sunrise. It is truly breathtaking. There is a restaurant on site and is also filled with kind and attentive people. Housekeeping was done daily which was a nice touch for me as well. Customer service and hospitality is spot on! Pela, again, I truly thank you for starting off our 1st time visit to Greece, an unforgettable one. ❤️ If we ever have the opportunity to visit Greece again, we know where we will be staying Side note: There aren't any stores nearby that you can just walk to, so definitely make sure to grab some water and snacks when you are near a market.

Stayed here for 3 nights room 120 with some pros and cons listed below. Hope its helps.. Pros- nice and quiet location with a peacfull atmosphere,views are lovely, the pool room we had was spacious.free parking available too. Cons- the room had some dust and didnt seem like it was cleaned properly. We was very hot at night as the air con was a small u it that wasnt strong enough for the size of the room and the power eas very low even though the settings was om max. We did ask for a fan after the first night which helped. The pool has a jacuzzi but didnt work. The breakfast was not great, not much variety, no fresh juice, teac cofee machine was broken 1 morning with no alternative. Overall i think it was ok but we didnt spend a lot of time in the hotel so was ok for us. I think the price we paid doesnt reflect the quality compared to what we have had in other places , i wouldnt say it is not a 'luxury' villa, more of a UK 3 star standard in my opinion. Would i got again? Prob not unless everything else is booked up and we cant find another place. Hope this helps

Title: A deplorable experience in the face of a medical emergency I would like to share my review regarding a week-long reservation made by my sister and her husband at this hotel, which was supposed to be an enjoyable time for them. Unfortunately, an emergency situation disrupted our plans: my four-year-old nephew had to be urgently hospitalized. Given this, we immediately contacted the hotel, hoping for a simple human gesture, asking to postpone our stay. However, what should have been a reasonable request, considering the dramatic situation, was rejected with inhuman behavior and a deplorable customer service. Unlike many companies, such as airlines, who immediately agreed to reschedule our flights, the hotel showed complete indifference to our situation. Their only goal seemed to be keeping our money at all costs, with no compassion whatsoever. They demanded that my sister provide documents proving the hospitalization, which was sent in the middle of the night. The next day, they asked for another document, which we immediately provided. After sending it, they claimed they never received it, forcing us to prove, with screenshots, that the email had indeed been sent. After several days of waiting and endless exchanges, their final response was a flat refusal. We were left shocked. We went through an extremely difficult time as a family at the hospital, watching the four-year-old boy suffer, with nurses unable to even insert an IV to alleviate his intense pain. This hotel seems solely interested in money, completely ignoring the human circumstances and emergencies of its guests. If you’re looking for a hotel that demonstrates professionalism, empathy, and respect, I strongly advise you to avoid this place. It doesn’t deserve your trust or your money. I will make sure to tell everyone in my circle about this unacceptable experience.
