Service was excellent. They went above and beyond when our driver picked up the wrong couple. The hotel staff called them and resolved the situation immediately. We didn't ask them to help, they just did. Our room was awesome. It overlooked the Parliament building and we could see the changing of the guard. The views from the Whispers restaurant on the top floor are breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast buffet lacked for nothing, so many options.

Excellent location when visiting Athens. Located within walking distance to all major sites. Staying here we were able to walk around everything we wanted to visit. The rooms were nice, amenities were great. Rooms provided robes, slippers, toiletries, safe, hair dryer and a stocked mini bar and snacks for extra cost. Which was nice for a late night snack. We loved the breakfast that was included in the stay. They had a wonderful breakfast dining area and a great selection of breakfast foods from authentic Greek to eggs, bacon, pastries, etc. They also have a wonderful rooftop restaurant which is a nice upscale restaurant overlooking the Acropolis. It is enclosed and does not have outdoor seating.

Great location, rooms are clean. Breakfast was always delicious. We had a very early morning checkout for our flight and the front desk offered a breakfast box to take with us. The rooftop bar has beautiful views, but is a little pricey. Also across the street from the national garden.

This hotel is conveniently located directly across from the national park and near the Parliament building. We could see the guard changing from our balcony. We booked two connecting rooms for our family of three. The larger room featured a balcony overlooking the national park, offering a lovely view of the green space. The hotel provided some amenities, including coffee and tea sachets, small pots of cream, a safety box, toiletries, a mini refrigerator, an electric hot water kettle, bathrobes, lotion, shower gel, and a 2-in-1 conditioner/shampoo. Breakfast was served in Greek style buffet with high-quality ingredients. While the variety was somewhat limited, Greek breakfast was a good experience including tomato, olives, olive oil and Greek yogurt. Also the fresh orange juice was particularly delicious and refreshing. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was efficient, drop-off before 9 am ensured same-day return of our clothes. Although the hotel is somewhat aged, the beds were comfortable, and the water pressure was strong, ensuring a pleasant shower. Its prime location allowed us to walk easily to the Acropolis, and plenty of good restaurants are nearby. The staff at the front desk were consistently friendly and helpful, enhancing our overall experience.

We stayed here in late May and booked 2 rooms. One of the rooms was for 3 people, but it was relatively small and only had one bed. One of us slept on a cot so there was not much room to walk around. It was likely our fault for booking that room, but it would have been helpful to know that it is not a great room for 3 people. The location was good — an easy walk to shops and restaurants. Our breakfast was included but was not great. It had options (pastries, eggs, fruit, etc.) but did not taste great.
