Akis Villa Studios & Apartments with Pool

We stayed here for 5 nights and would highly recommend. Lovely clean room, spacious outdoor seating and access to the pool any time. There was initially a problem with the air conditioning and staff went to great lengths to help resolve it! We plan to go back! Thank you x

We really enjoyed our stay at this place. It is very close to the beach (3 minutes by walling). We received clean and well prepared. There is everything you need - TV, conditioner, fridge, kitchen equipment, bathroom, toilet. Our room was cleaned every 2-3 days and they also changed dirty towels. The owner is very friendly and helpfull. There is swiming pool and bar/restaurant. They prepare snacks/meals all day long. This place is very romantic specially in the evening (chceck photos). Prices are average but portions are not so large. If you don't want to go somewhere else instead of relaxing and having good time, their restaurant is good choice. The place has it's own parking. It is little bit hard to get to park there because of steep hill, but average driver should manage. It was nice time here and we recomment it to others!

Dina and family are super nice, food is incredible, pool is cool, beach 5 minute walk away, cats are cute, overall a very pleasant stay.

Had a great time for a week at Akis Villa, a lovely family run business with lots of passion to make anyone feel welcome. They really made us feel like part of their family during our stay there. "Anything you ask is possible" with Dina, just ask and you get it. Her husband Akis is an amazing chef, he cooked for us with fresh local products every single night, all kind of Greek specialties and generous portions. Their kids, Vasili and Sophia were very fun, kind and helpful. Not to forget, Holly their lovely family dog who was around ready to have fun and eat. I would definitely recommend this place not just for the accommodation but also for the amazing food (we had half board and it was worth it). Thank you, Akis family for a great time and will see you again next year for sure.

I can’t recommend Vila Akis enough. A great family-run place, located by a beautiful sandy beach and close to Porto Timoni (probably the most beautiful beach on the island). You can get breakfast, lunch/dinner and drinks in their small restaurant by the pool. Dina, Akis and Vassili are incredibly friendly and helpful. And, they have the sweetest dog, Holly, running around :)
