What makes Acave so unique, is nothing but a combination of its harmonious landscape with the cave house’s history itself. This property was once home to an old "patitiri" ; where the stomping and weighing of the grapes during the winemaking process used to take place. This is now turned into an atmospheric setting that is hosting today Acave Santorini Suites.

Both the architecture and design of Acave Suites were inspired by the traditional “cave-like Homes” carved in the volcanic rocks that embrace the area’s raw aesthetics in a perfect balance with its whitewashed walls, neutral, earthy color palette and Cycladic charm.
