Wonderful place. The rooms are nice and comfortable, plus they get cleaned every single day. The facilities are top notch. Every staff member is super friendly, helpful and very professional. I highly recommend this hotel.

Half the food is all inclusive half isn't and the free bar is horrendous any quality drink you have to pay for and the cheap stuff is free and it's awful. I've had to pay for a cheeseburger in the hotel I'm staying in while wearing a all inclusive wristband.

Nice hotel in a great location but wouldn’t be back. Food in the all inclusive was not good at all, had to eat out every night instead. Have to pay extra for many things as well, e.g. WiFi, which is an extra couple of euro per day for each device. Nikos the barman however was very welcoming and helped us enjoy our stay.

The hotel is nice and the rooms are okay but there are so many things that just don't make sense. First of all everything costs extra: you have to pay for wifi, to use the pool you have to rent a towel which costs 3 euros per hour, you can't drink anything in dinner without paying- you can't even bring your own water and water there costs 4 euros per liter which is 60 cents in the shops for the same brand. It is just unbelievable that you cannot drink anything at dinner unless you pay. Second of all the food. Yes the food selection is big but in my opinion all the food tasted weird. In addition to that the dining room was so full that you could'nt even sit there and you'd have to wait until the seats would become available. And by that time the food would be cold. In my opinion it is just not okay that you have to pay extra for bare minimum SUCH AS 4 EUROS TO DRINK WATER AT DINNER. Third of all the elevator could barely fit two people and it was so slow that it was just easier to take the stairs. I don't know who gave them four stars because the hotel conditions do not meet the criteria of a four-star hotel.

I almost booked this hotel through a travel agent. I thank God I checked the reviews here. There is nothing more annoying than dealing with rip-off artists while on holiday. You are a shame for the greek people, who I love.
