The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always going out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were beautifully decorated, offering a cozy and welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The cleanliness was impeccable, with every detail carefully attended to. One of the highlights of our stay was the beautiful pool—an oasis of relaxation, surrounded by stunning scenery. It was the ideal spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.     Great room, big, clean and modern. And the breakfast was good too. For Greek standards really good. So I can't understand people who would say otherwise :) Also, there was a comment that some kitchen supplies were expected and not in the room. But this is a hotel room not an apartment, that's a big difference. The kitchen and refrigerator were a bonus for us. Although we missed a kettle in the room.

    A very good Hotel Important to know it is 15 minutes away by car from the city. Staff was very nice, the hotel room was great. They also kept our bags after we checked out so we can Continue exploring.

    As I was visiting Ioannina and recommended from friends to stay at hotel Ellopia, so I have only to say that I had the most brightly stay and even one of the most relaxed massage of mr. Dimitrios and especially it was so friendly and so clean. The director of this hotel was so amazing and professional. Every question I could imagine was answered with love. I will definitely recommend whenever somebody is in this neighborhood to stay there as we are very difficult customers. Hey

    Excellent place to stay for a business trip in Ioannina. The room had all the necessary precautions for Covid and was super clean. The owners and staff were very polite and helpful. I need to come back when covid is gone to enjoy the pool as well.
