Grecotel LUXME Kos

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The grounds are beautiful, the staff incredibly friendly and the service excellent. Our room was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly (though other reviews mention issues, so it may vary). It’s a kid-friendly hotel, so families will have fantastic time, for those seeking peace and quiet, the beach area is more relaxing and it’s where we stayed most of the time. Overall, a lovely hotel and I’d recommend it with that kids-caution in mind!

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the lady at reception. She offered us a welcome drink, and we received immediate access to our room, which was a great start to our holiday. The pools were beautiful and well-maintained, with plenty of comfortable sunbeds available. The pool bar offered a wide variety of drinks, which made it easy to relax and enjoy the sunny weather. The food was absolutely delicious. Every day there was something new to try, with a wide range of choices to suit all tastes. The quality was excellent, and the staff in the restaurant were always friendly and attentive. As a family of four, we chose the all-inclusive option and really enjoyed every aspect of it. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests have a great experience. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back in the future!

Truly an absolutely beautiful hotel. The resort is stunning. The rooms are dreamy, and the staff are very friendly and attentive. From morning till evening, there’s always a smile on their faces. The selection at breakfast and dinner is incredible, and everything tastes absolutely delicious. There’s really something for every taste. Perfect location – it’s easy to reach the capital or other beautiful places on the island by bus or car. I can only recommend anyone visiting Kos to spend their vacation at this hotel.”⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Grecotel LUX.ME Kos! From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptional – incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond made a real difference and added a personal touch that we truly appreciated. The food across all the restaurants was outstanding – fresh, beautifully prepared, and offering a wide variety of choices. Every meal felt like a special occasion, and the quality remained consistent throughout our stay. A couple of small suggestions that could enhance the experience even further: In the evenings, once the pool area closes, drinks from the pool bar are often served in plastic cups. While we understand the practical reasons, having proper glassware would better reflect the premium feel of the resort and elevate the evening atmosphere. Also, while the sunbeds were very comfortable and well-maintained, they are quite low to the ground. This can be a little tricky for older guests or anyone with mobility challenges. We did notice some higher loungers by the beach – having a few of those around the pool area would be a thoughtful touch. That said, our overall experience was outstanding. The setting is beautiful, the service is top-notch, and the food was truly excellent. We’re already looking forward to returning – and are very curious to explore more Grecotel locations if they live up to this same high standard!

Good facilities generally and well maintained. Staff polite and pleasant. The big BUT is as a previous review mentioned is the fight over sun loungers which should NOT happen at an establishment of this category. My daughter and I got physically assaulted by a crazy guest over 2 sun loungers.A situation which the hotel did not handle well and it spoiled our holiday. I have stayed in many 5 star hotels in my life and this was certainly a first. Buffet is nice but pretty much the same things daily. No labelling for allergies so left waiting standing for a while until someone can get back to us regarding the ingredients of some items. Great for kids not so much for teenagers about from the gym. If you are planning to go and play tennis you might reconsider. The coach is great, at the time of me writing this his name is Peter and is really good. The courts are horrific. It is Astro with enormous holes throughout and near the base line. How can a 5 star hotel claim to have 2 tennis court sun that state? They have been lucky not to get anyone yet getting injured. The public courts near where I live are in a better state.
