My favourite hobby is cooking and I feel particularly lucky that I have managed to turn it into a profession. Therefore, if I had to give myself an epithet based on a particular quality, I would simply say,’ Cook’. I discover tastes, aromas and capture the feeling of the moment. The phrase that characterizes me is “cooking is an art” and my moto is “What is next?”
