Born and raised in a Greek island family, he was initiated into the true meaning of hospitality at a very young age by his grandma Fofo and his mum Marika.
He’s been a foodie ever since he can remember and it was inevitable that gastronomy should play a major role in his career. In 2014 he created the Taste Lemnos initiative, offering experiential tourism packages with emphasis on the gastronomy of Lemnos.
This idea received an award at the Samsung Launching People competition and succeeded in promoting the gastronomy and fame of the island in Greece and abroad.
In 2015 he published the gastronomy book “Taste Lemnos: The Book” in collaboration with chef Alexandros Papandreou.
Finally, since the summer of 2016 he has presided over the creation of Pezoula – The Home of Taste, a gastronomical hospitality venue in Moudros village, in his birthplace, Lemnos.
