Syvota Gardens

Clean rooms within walking distance to Sivota centre and very close to super markets and bakery. Rooms have old windows so there is noise from other rooms and public space (pool, stairs etc).Also there is light in the room while drains and windows are closed. Did not like the sink located in the entrance of the room and not in the bathroom and the glass wall that separates the bathroom (no privacy especially if you are not a couple). The whole amount if you choose to book outside a platform is paid once you check in and not at the check out. Overall did not meet my expectations.

First of all it's not a hotel but a bunch of cheap and partially renovated rental rooms. The so called pool is a tiny pond with water and they don't even give you towels for it. The parking is non existent and dangerous for your car to get scratched in the narrow streets around the rental rooms and the walking distance to the center is very far by foot. The drains in the bathroom stink and they have no shutters in the small windows where the sun wakes you up at 6 a.m. plus the noise comes in your room because the balcony doors are from the 80's and the glass is very thin. Also the balcony doors have no protection grid and that causes insects to get in your room (I found a tiny lizard). The towels are being changed EVERY 3 DAYS WHICH IS GROSS!!! The low quality materials of the bed feels like sleeping on the floor and the pillows like a stone which caused me to leave my room 2 days earlier where I have already paid. Definitely do not expect a TV or breakfast. My room got booked the same day that I left and I didn't get a refund of at least my last day which I got promised. Stay away and save your money, for 100 euros per night you can find a way better place than this, don't get fooled by the photos.

No health measures against covid and very rude personnel. Very far from the city, avoid this place
