Shades of White Villas

The apartment itself was perfect, but what made the holiday even better was George the host. He sent recommendations before the holiday and was on hand throughout to solve a couple of tiny issues. Really cannot recommend George and these villas highly enough. We had a loft villa with hot tub and spent a lot of time in the tub and on the terrace. The apartment had everything we needed and was spotlessly clean. Towels were changed every two days. A hire car is advisable if you want to go out and about, but there is easy parking at the villas. If you prefer public transport, the buses are modern and there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the villas. Thank you George for your welcome and your kindness :)

My stay at Shades of White Apartments was nothing short of magical. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality and a level of care that made me feel right at home. The apartment was beautifully designed—bright, spacious, and immaculately clean, with tasteful Cycladic decor and all the modern comforts. What truly stood out was the breathtaking view. Waking up to the iconic Santorini landscape and relaxing on the private terrace with a glass of wine during sunset was an unforgettable experience. It felt like a postcard brought to life. The location was ideal—peaceful and serene, yet just a short drive or walk to popular spots like Oia and Fira. The team was incredibly helpful, offering local tips, arranging transfers, and making sure every detail of the stay was perfect. If you’re looking for a luxurious, peaceful, and authentically Santorinian experience, I can’t recommend Shades of White enough. I’m already dreaming of coming back!

Amazing place to stay with family, friends and couples. Very clean , and outdoor hot tub 👌 spot on, after long day out. Host very helpful and friendly, definitely recommend. Thank you for hospitality George.

My husband and I visited Crete and Santorini from Antibes, France last July. We stayed at this place for 4 nights and hope to make it back this summer and stay a little longer, as it's in a very relaxing location and away from the big crowds but close enough to enjoy the entire island. Where we live the tourist season has already started and already very busy and hectic so we're starting to plan dates and wonderful memories came back from our stay at this hidden gem. The place was serene and offered an elegant calmness but it's also lively within its own domain. Very nicely done and they seem to truly care about treating you with the outmost respect and kindness. My husband who is usually hard to please, was impressed with how pleasing and comfortable the vibe was. Yes, highly recommended.

Effortlessly elegant and simultaneously cosy, Shades of white provides an ideal stay in Santorini. A quiet and relaxing place, though only a 5 min drive from the best beach of the island (Perissa-Perivolos). The place is a jewel as far as Cycladic architecture, Greek hospitality, comfort and cleanliness are concerned. Spacious appartement, very comfortable bed and a fridge full of snacks. Kostas and Fotini, both warm and discreet made sure that my stay was unforgettable. Will definitely come back! Shades of white is from now on, my home away from home in Santorini.
