Situated on the beach of Kamari, built in the traditional Cycladic style architecture, our family run Seaside Breeze and Restaurant. Located on the quieter side of Kamari, we can guarantee our guests an enjoyable stay at Seaside Hotel with our warm and hospitable family atmosphere.

We have 27 rooms that can accommodate 2-5 people, including double, twin, apartments, maisonette and suite. All rooms consist of private bathroom or shower, direct telephone, air conditioning, satellite TV, fridge, hair dryer, safe deposit box, sea view or pool view, free internet access (wi-fi). Most rooms also have mini kitchenette.

Seaside Breeze facilities include hall for buffet breakfast, pool, Jacuzzi, bar, fax, internet service, daily made service, tourist information, car/motorbike rental, boat excursions to the Volcano island and hot springs.

At Seaside Breeze you can also enjoy the traditional homemade dishes in our beachside restaurant. Santorini is a popular destination for weddings and we would be delighted to accommodate your wedding reception on the outdoor terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea.

    Dear SeaSide Breeze Team, We just wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks for the truly wonderful stay at your hotel in beautiful Kamari, Santorini. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and genuine hospitality. The service was absolutely the best – attentive, friendly, and always going the extra mile to make us feel comfortable. Nikos, his wife and the rest of the staff made us feel welcoming and special from the start. The food was simply outstanding – every meal was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Compliments to the chef and the entire restaurant team! And of course, the location couldn’t have been more perfect. Just steps from the sea, with stunning views and easy access to everything Kamari has to offer – it truly is the best spot on the island. Thank you once again for making our stay so special.     We had the most unforgettable time here! From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness — it truly felt like coming home. The food at the restaurant was absolutely divine, and every single detail of the service was perfect.     Just spent a fantastic week at Seaside Breeze with some of the best service and vacation experiences. Nikolas and his staff were exceptional. Rita took care of every minute detail to go over and beyond to make me comfortable. Food was excellent and so were the frozen cocktails- would definitely recommend to enjoy Kamari and get the best recommendations. Thank you for a trip of a lifetime.

    Nick, Rita and the rest of the team are a complete dream. We felt so welcome from the moment we arrived. We were treated like family and this really made our stay that extra bit special. I would, and do, highly recommend staying at Seaside Breeze.

    My siblings and I stayed here for a week in summer 2024 and it was an unforgettable experience. Nico, the owner, was so kind and made sure we were all comfortable. The staff were so nice and welcomed us everyday. Kamari is a beautiful side of Santorini and the beach is right across the hotel! I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Nico and his team!
