Parthenon City Hotel Rhodes

The location of the hotel was quite good, close to everything we needed. However, we were disappointed by several aspects of our stay. The breakfast was very poor, with limited options and not much variety. We were also surprised to find out that air conditioning was not included and had to pay an extra €7 per day, which felt unreasonable given the hot weather. On top of that, there were frequent power outages during our stay, which made things even more uncomfortable. Overall, it's not a place we would choose again.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Great Value Stay with Perfect Location! I had a great stay at the Parthenon Hotel in Rhodes! The location is absolutely unbeatable—just 100 meters from the beach and within quick walking distance to the Old Town, great restaurants, and the lively party streets. Everything you need is close by, yet the hotel is tucked away enough to get a quiet and restful night’s sleep. The room was decent and cleaned twice a week, which was perfectly fine for my stay. Breakfast was good with a nice variety, and the rooftop bar was a real highlight—offering amazing panoramic views, especially at sunset. There were a few minor maintenance issues here and there, but nothing that affected my comfort. Overall, it’s an affordable and convenient place to stay in Rhodes. Would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for great value and location! The reception offers great insight in terms of guiding you where to go and other valuable information. The room is nothing like the picture. Our room doesn’t have bedside table, desk. Our bathroom doesn’t even have a shower curtains, so the whole bathroom was wet after a shower and there’s not even a door mat for us. The room is dirty and has a lot of bugs. There’s a moldy smell when you enter the room. We stayed for two nights, there was a power shut down three times in a roll in one night. A lot of hidden fee ( tourism tax €2 per night?) Even we just ask to leave our luggage for a bit after check out, they charged us €3 for two backpacks.

Never ever believe what you see on the pictures. For starters the pool is tiny and doesn't get any sun at all. The room oh my days worst room ever. Damp all thru the room and patches under bed. Mattress did not fit bottom part of bed. Cleaners came once and when asked why we was told they had been which was lies. We had to ask every time for fresh towels. Sheets did not fit bed and would wake up wrapped in them. Air con had no covers and rattled when tried to put on. No bed side cabinet just 1 wardrobe with no coathangers. 1 small mirror in bathroom with a sink on 4 wooden legs and shower had to wait to get hipt water and couldn't shower properly as had to hold shower head like I was camping in the wilderness. Impossible to wash hair. When asked reception for coat hangers, and why the shower was like this staff was rude and didn't care less and after finding out it was a manager that was cleaning and lied they didn't care more. Then as our flight is a late flight they also then charged us to store our 2 small cases. Also we knew how much taxi was to airport and they tried to charge is double for asking them to order us a taxi!! Never been so disappointed with a hotel in Greece as I love the place. But please close this fake hotel down... do not enter!! Would recommend a little coffee shop down the road from there tho...

The hotel is well-located, close to downtown, the beaches, and the bus stop. The €7 per night air conditioning fee is a surprise, but it's not outrageous, and you really need it. The Wi-Fi doesn't work well. The staff is friendly and polite. I think it's worth it if you only use it for sleeping.
