If you don't like the chaos of the centre of Oia, this hotel is perfect for you. View is spectacular, both from the rooms and the pool, staff are extremely kind and attentive and always going the extra mile to help. Our room was relatively simple - the shower was only handheld and relatively small, and I had to climb over my partner to get out of bed because of how it was positioned next to the wall - but relative to the price of other Oia hotels it was ok. If you don't like the price, don't come to Santorini. Breakfast was tasty and a lovely touch to have it brought to your balcony in the morning. Overall excellent hotel!

Loved our stay at Nikos Villas! The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. They carried all our luggage, mapped out the area for us, and provided recommendations. One day my wife was roasting in the sun and a staff member ran out to give her extra sunscreen and aloe (thank you Flo). They did all of this with a great attitude and smile every day. Highly recommend asking them for dinner recommendations / reservations. In addition, the room was very comfy. Beautiful pool for relaxing. The views were stunning!

We loved our stay at Nikos Villas! The view is gorgeous from both the main pool and all of the rooms we saw. The included breakfast is top notch and delivered to your room every morning to enjoy on your balcony. The location is a quick walk to the center of Oia. If you have any mobility restrictions or want to avoid extra steps request a room by the pool. If you want a perfect sunset view without having to go to the crowded downtown, book the two bedroom Villa. We stayed in the junior suite and it was perfect. We went with a group of 14 people for a birthday celebration and everyone loved this hotel. The online photos do not do it justice. The front desk is also very accommodating and welcoming!

This place is an absolute bliss!! 10/10 for service, facilities and location. Me and my sister stayed here for 4 nights in the superior apartment with Caldera views and booked directly through the hotel as we had to leave our other hotel due to disappointment. It’s right at the end of the main streets of Oia and therefore very quiet. The views are just breathtaking from the pool and room. The pool is nice and fresh, very cooling during the summer days. Many places only offer a hot tub but it’s so hot on the island you need a pool to refresh. The breakfast you choose everyday and will be served at your room for privacy and to enjoy the views. The staff is very welcoming and do a great job in sharing recommendations for food and activities. There is a supermarket, bus stop and ATM neatly opposite the hotel so very handy. The only downside is the WiFi in the room was sometimes not working but at the pool it always worked. Would definitely come back and strongly recommend

The staff here are incredible. Dimitri was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, such a gem. We had cocktails and coffee in the pool almost everyday, and the view is stunning. The room was simple but clean with most amenities provided and refreshed daily. The breakfast was yummy. I really can't fault our stay here. Its just outside of Oia which is a bonus as you can escape the crowds, plus the bus to Fira stops directly outside. Loved it all.
