We chose Living Theros, together with our friends, as the place to celebrate our wedding, and it was the best decision we could have made. From the very beginning, Panagiotis supported us incredibly with everything we needed, going above and beyond to make our stay truly exceptional. Our experience was outstanding in every way — the rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed, the breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared, and the view was simply magical. The three days we spent there for our wedding celebrations were unforgettable. Among the highlights was our visit to the Vaptistis Winery in the village of Arnados, where Panagiotis gave us an amazing and insightful tour that we will always cherish. A particularly special and deeply emotional moment for us was the blessing of our marriage at the Catholic Church of Kyra (Kyoura) in Kardiani — an experience that added profound meaning to our wedding journey. You can’t drive directly to the entrance, but the team helps with luggage—and the short walk through the stone lanes is part of the charm. We had such a lovely, relaxing stay at this outstanding place with breathtaking views! The numerous Suites are all different and decorated in a very charming way. Modern and hopefully kept in traditional architecture that is so important transmitting you the feeling of Greece and its way of life! Panajiotis, his sister Dosia and the great stuff were all very friendly and helpful what made our stay even more comfy. There is nothing I could add to this delicious breakfast served at our balcony (we stayed at No.5) - all carefully chosen and prepared. Thank you all so much, we had a fantastic time and definitely will be back one day!

My partner and I stayed at Living Theros for about 4 nights and we loved everything about it, especially the lovely interactions with Panagiotis, the hotel manager. I won't go on too much about how beautiful the hotel is, because the pictures already speak for themselves and I can confirm that in real life, it's even better (!!). My partner, who's a very, very picky architect, was seriously impressed by the quality of the materials and the attention to detail in the room and all around the property. Super well done and thought through. Wow! But what really made the difference for us was the amount of love that’s clearly gone into this place. From the design to the incredible breakfast (delivered to your room every morning at your wished time), everything feels personal and cared for. Every morning we had fresh local products such as homemade bread, jams, honey, cheese, eggs, a different sandwich (or similar) every day… Panagiotis clearly puts his heart into his work. You can feel it in the way he takes care of his guests — suggesting the best spots to eat, helping with bookings, or just chatting and sharing stories. He made us feel welcome from the very start. This place deserves all the stars. We’re leaving more in love, and with the deep desire of coming back one day to experience it all over again. A dream hotel in a dream island. Kardiani is such a beautiful and quiet village. Living Theros has a breathtaking view, rooms and bathrooms especially are spacious and very clean. The hotel provides bathrobes and soft fluffy towels. Very beautifully decorated with amenities. Bed and pillows are very soft and comfy. Breakfast is served at the room at our requested time. Staff is excellent! Very helpful and polite.
