Really nice tidy apartments,with everything you need to self cater. The place is a bit off the beaten track but that's what we like and it's only a short drive to Kos town or Zia. The host was lovely and the communication was very quick and helpful when we arrived late after a flight delay, very welcoming. The pool was lovely and right outside our apartment, it was quiet and calm and relaxing the whole time we were there. There's even a lovely walk nearby and a great sunset view to be seen. I'd definitely stay here again, thank you 😊

The room that we stayed in was absolutely phenomenal so clean so tidy so well and also add a Jacuzzi. The best part is that I did book it last minute, but everything was nice already and tidy not only that but the lady that owns it, I think was so helpful throughout the whole thing even getting out of her way in the middle of the night for some questions that we had. This is a very nice place to stay beautiful pools very clean and the staff super helpful and friendly.

If you’ve planned a vacation on the island of Kos (and if you haven’t, you definitely should), you’ve probably already looked into places to visit and beaches to explore. Now you’re searching for a place to stay — and that’s why you’re reading this review. I’d like to share my experience at Eva’s Garden in two parts: 1. Accommodation and Hotel Service: Although Eva’s Garden is listed as an Airbnb, it offers the comfort and service of a hotel — and it does so very well. The room includes a kitchen and a separate bathroom with a toilet. The design is minimal and elegant; it makes you want to redecorate your entire home the same way. Everything you might need has been thoughtfully provided — and then some! For example, they provide separate towels for the bathroom and the beach. There's even a blender, which we used to make milkshakes for the kids and iced coffee for ourselves — it was perfect. The rooms open directly to the garden and pool area. After spending your day at the beach, you can enjoy the pool in the evening or relax with a book on the sun loungers. If you're traveling by car, there’s a covered garage available. The only downside is the location. If you don’t have a car, getting around may be a bit difficult. I strongly recommend renting a vehicle. That said, the view of the sunset — and partly the sunrise — makes up for this minor inconvenience. 2. The Host: The host is extremely welcoming and solution-oriented. If there’s anything missing or not quite right, they respond quickly and find a solution. Rather than saying, “This is the house, take it or leave it,” they truly care about your experience and are open to feedback to make your stay even better. In short, you should definitely experience Eva’s Garden — you won’t regret it.

Amazing appartments in the hillside of Kos. Nice pool and facilities in the house, including water filtration. We had a great time with the food service and the overal quick contact om whatsapp. The beach is 5 minutes away by car including beachbeds that are included with the stay. We enjoyed not beeing on a waterfront resort as the hillside has a lot of advantages, it is more calm, great views, and easy to start a hike.
