High Mill Paros

Rooms are decently sized and the balconies have amazing views of the bay. Bathrooms are a little dated and the rooms have no tea or coffee making facilities. The walk into town is about 10 mins and not too arduous. There are good local restaurants within walking distance as well as two lovely bakeries if you fancy something different for breakfast.

We stayed at High Mills Paros Hotel, Parikia and were really disappointed. The photos online are quite misleading — while the location itself is nice overlooking the sea , the hotel is not well maintained. Our room felt outdated and wasn’t very clean, with worn furniture and a musty smell. The bathroom was especially unpleasant it felt cramped with poor water pressure, mostly cold and the shower had dirty rusty drain covers which felt very unhygienic. The air conditioning barely worked, making the heat hard to tolerate. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, very hard and difficult to sleep on. We had to ask for an extra foam mattress just to make it bearable, which says a lot about the basic level of comfort. The rooms are not soundproof, you can hear noises even from down the corridor in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very basic, with limited variety and low-quality options. The staff were polite but not particularly welcoming or helpful and there was little effort to make our stay comfortable. Overall, this hotel felt very overpriced for what was offered and we left feeling disappointed. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to others visiting Paros, there are definitely better options nearby.

We had the best time at the High Mill. Grace, Lefteris and Alex made us all feel so welcomed. They were all extremely helpful with all our needs. I never got the name of their Chef but the food was delicious so much that most times we chose to stay in and eat and visit with Alex who had the best stories about Greece, food and wine. We will definitely go back, not enough time on this island.

The hotel was very nice the workers there was nice and very helpful and the guy in reception in the evening Lefteris was a nice guy he helped us very much he told us if we need something to call him and when we did it he helped us quickly and always with a smile also the breakfast was amazing 🤩 🙏🙏🙏it was a nice trip !!!!!!!! Paros is one of my favorite islands in Greece! I really recommend you to visit it. The hotel and its staff were really helpful and always ready to assist in our needs. The rooms were cozy and had everything we required. Thank you 🙏 for everything we will probably see you again!
