The housekeepers were chattering loudly in the living room from 8 a.m., preventing me from getting a good night's rest. It's best to either clean or chat after check-out time. Please refrain from loud, unmannerly conversations in the shared living room. Travelers seeking a comfortable stay should avoid this property. The noise coming through the windows at night was so loud I couldn't sleep. Finally, isn't this a non-smoking area? The cleaners are smoking inside. It's the worst. I'm attaching evidence photos of cigarettes left in the living room.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Reserved this hotel only to find no reception, a locked door, and no one around. To make things worse, the check-in email with the room login code was sent to the wrong address, so we could not even get in. (We didn’t even know a login code was provided to us) We were told to check in at another hotel about a 10 minute walk away. Our flight landed around 11 PM, we arrived at this hotel around 12:30 AM, walked to the other hotel at about 12:40 AM, and finally got back around 1 AM. I had asked beforehand if the room had a microwave, and they confirmed it should since it is a suite, but there was not one when we arrived. When we finally entered the room, it had a strong sour smell. Would NOT stay here again and do NOT recommend this place to anyone.

We did not end up staying at this accommodation. The day before our arrival in Athens we saw recent reviews of cockroaches in the accommodation. We contacted the property immediately to confirm whether this issue had been resolved but did not receive a reassuring response from him. As we were only staying for one night and wanted to ensure a comfortable experience, we reached out to Booking.com to request a cancellation. They informed us that refunds were at the discretion of the property as it was less than 24 hours. We chose to book an alternative accommodation and request our money back due to the cockroaches, but unfortunately the host declined our refund request. Based on recent reviews and our interaction with the host, I would not recommend this accommodation. The location alone does not outweigh the concerns raised, and I would suggest considering other options.

Located in a chaotic environment, extremely noisy throughout the night, the building is old and unsafe, and the lift is hazardous. The facilities are also old. From the window, you can only see the abandoned buildings in front of you. The only advantage is that it is close to the metro and other popular tourist attractions. So at the end, not suggesting to live here.

I stayed there for one night. I wasn’t happy at all with the “automatic” check in which wasn’t automatic at all, since I had to call them 3 times to ask them to send me all the links so I could pay the 1.5 euro tax and to get the codes. It was very annoying and probably the worst self check in service I encountered so far. But this was sorted relatively fast. What wasn’t sorted at all was the AC in my room. Although it worked, it didn’t have any real effect and couldn’t cool the room. This is the last thing you want in late August in Athens. The room was very hot until 9pm and the AC was completely useless. This is something that needs to be checked and fixed before guests check in, but no one bothered. Luckily at night the room cooled down a bit, otherwise I would’ve asked for a refund. I don’t recommend this place, mostly due to the low service level.
