    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which made us feel truly cared for. The hotel is surrounded by a beautiful green environment that creates a calm and cozy atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The food was also excellent – delicious and full of flavor. Overall, a peaceful place with great service and warm hospitality. Highly recommended!

    The hotel isn't in a bad location. It has a large area. However, I wasn't satisfied with the service. Especially the man and woman at the breakfast entrance. There's an open area adjacent to the restaurant with seating. However, if you try to take your coffee cup outside, they act very rudely, like you're scolding a child. The other day, I went out with my coffee and bought a small cookie. The man there made a fuss about cups being allowed but cookies being forbidden. Today, they've banned cups. They're handing you plastic cups at the door, and you're supposed to spill your coffee on them. What a poor quality image. Moreover, drinking hot drinks in plastic is quite carcinogenic!

    A very warm welcome upon arrival at this holiday village. The staff always happy to oblige with any request. The only thing I would suggest is perhaps some transport to the beach for those unable to walk the 15 minutes, but reception kindly gave me a lift there. Again nothing is too much trouble. Very convenient shop on site and great place for families with a good entertainment for little visitors

    I recently stayed at Chrousso Village, and overall, it was a great experience! The resort is located in a beautiful, peaceful area surrounded by pine trees, which gives it a relaxing, almost tropical vibe. It’s a perfect place for families and couples who want to unwind.

    Location and views were amazing. However, the friendliness of the front desk staff and the food quality left a lot to be desired. Having friendlier front people and improving the quality of the dining/food would greatly improve the overall resort/hotel experience.
