Akkadian Mykonos Resort

This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel and again it did not disappoint but surprised me even more. I felt like I was visiting friends in a very beautiful villa where everyone takes care of each other and always welcomes with a smile. The best service I have ever experienced in Mykonos. The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel is top notch. Very nice pool with good music, delicious food and great vibe. I will always come back here. I would like to thank all the hotel staff for an unforgettable vacation.

Everything about this hotel was wonderful, from the rooms to the services. But what truly made the difference was the team. The guys were absolutely fantastic – always smiling, attentive to my needs, and ready to help at any moment. By far the best staff I’ve ever met. Highly recommended!

We just got back from Axel and I’m already thinking how to save up to go back. Saying “I miss the staff” doesn’t even come close — I’ve never felt so accepted and genuinely cared for. Special shout-out to Ivan at the front desk — he’s not just doing his job, he’s a real-life legend. Need dinner recommendations? He’s got a list of his favorite spots. Transfer, massage, delivery? Handled. Feeling a bit down? He’ll cheer you up and give you a hug. I truly believe everyone needs an Ivan in their life. 😄 The room was spotless, the bed — super comfy, and breakfasts were tasty with plenty of variety. We also got a welcome gift on arrival and another surprise when we left — such a nice touch. The only downsides I could find: our private pool was cold at first (fixed on day two), and the food at the hotel is okay — good, but nothing special. Honestly, this place just gets it right. Can’t wait to come back!

Great experience! The room was bright and beautifully styled in modern Cycladic way, with a balcony overlooking the pool. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the infinity pool area was serene, with nice and chill music. It’s just a 5-minute ride to Mykonos Town or 15-minute walk, but the hotel feels like its own peaceful world. Friendly staff with positive attitude and kind reception who allowed me to leave my stuff longer than usual. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED OVERALL!

Unfortunately it was not a good experience. Since our check-in until out check-out we had no hot water. First they pretend they were not aware of that (even if we met people that said the entire hotel had no hot water the previous 24h), then we were told it would be solved that night. It was never sold until our check-out. We wanted to extend our stay but we moved to another (amazing) property. We told them at reception why we were leaving, they just said: "sorry for that.." but nothing was done and the stay and consumptions were 100% charged. Can not recommend unfortunately.
