    I read some of these bad reviews and wonder if we were at the same resort! Hotel is beautiful, room we had was in the lower part of the hotel and newly renovated, bright, spacious, clean, with great view, has everything you need. Hotel grounds are extremely well maintained and beautiful in both upper and lower part of the hotel. You can walk around and feel like you are in a park. Food is excellent both for breakfast and dinner! This place is great for relaxing so if you are looking for nightly entertainment, you are in the wrong place. There is live music every evening but it’s more relaxing than anything else. Beach is very nice, sandy and crystal clear water! The only negative comment I have is the charge for sun beads and umbrellas for hotel guest because I feel that should be included in the room price. We were notified of the charge at the time of booking. All in all, loved the place and will be back again!

    5 star hotel on one of the most beautiful beaches around. Fantastic service reasonable prices and little outdated rooms. Divided in two pieces over and under main road. Offer free transfers with golf cars to and from the beach. Food is very good but was better earlier. There is only half board option. Several swimming pools, spa center etc. The main advantage is the beach with beautiful white sand and turquoise water. Sun beds with umbrellas are not free for the guests which is big minus for that type of hotel. Big problem also is several discotheque 🕺 nearby playing loud music all night till 5am. So be prepared to close all windows tightly. Hygiene is on high level and the staff is very serviceable and friendly. It is a very very good hotel that needs a little upgrade to return to the old glory.

    We were truly impressed with this hotel during our first stay, which made us excited to return this year. Unfortunately, our experience this time was a complete disaster. My husband was bitten by bedbugs—over 90 bites all over his body! This is absolutely unacceptable, especially for a hotel that claims to be 5 stars. On top of that, we had trouble getting our room even though we had a reservation. The staff was unhelpful and acted like it wasn’t their problem. The rooms were not clean, and it was obvious that hygiene and maintenance are being neglected. What used to be our favorite summer destination has now become a place we’ll never visit again. The only good thing about our stay was the beautiful sandy beach, which is truly stunning. But sadly, that alone is not enough to make up for everything else. This hotel no longer deserves its 5-star rating. Extremely disappointing and not worth the money or stress.

    Based on the hotel room, this is absolutely NOT a 5 star resort. The rest of the amenities of the hotel are old fashioned but lovely and pleasant, the breakfast is particularly good and has a good verity. The price of coffee and soft drinks are ridiculously high. Also- I would expect a hotel that cost 360€ per night to at least provide with free beach beds, but these ones were 15€ per day. Seriously? The staff was nice and provided good service with a smile.

    The hotel is incredible, it has a gorgeous garden with lots of greenery and palm trees. We were accommodated in a very spacious suite with a large terrace from where we listened to live music every evening. The beach is gorgeous, they take you by car but we preferred to walk more, the place is absolutely gorgeous. You find a lot of swimming pools, for each building. The food is very good and diverse, every evening a different kind of fish, paella, seafood, pasta, pizza. They don't offer drinks, nor water at dinner but they have ok prices. We liked it so much that we took another extra night, we didn't want to leave. I recommend! Everything 10+!
