Gavalas Winery: In Greek, Anhydrous means “without water.” This winery creates unique wines, created by the earth, the volcanic rocks, and the sea breeze. These elements are reflected in the fruit meeting the smoky minerals and the incredible levels of acidity and the solid structure.Artemis Karamolegos Winery: Traces its roots back to 1952. It is inextricably linked to Santorini’s volcanic vineyards and winemaking tradition. Nowadays, their wines keep earning prizes at international and domestic competitions while they are currently the third largest winery of Santorini in terms of production volume.Gaia Wines: This wine estate is located on a beach, on the east side of the island, between Kamari and Monolithos hamlets. Its industrial stone building was once a tomato factory, built at the beginning of the 1900´s and was used up until the 1970´s for making aromatic tomato purée from local cherry tomatoes. Today, it has been transformed into a modern winery with high-tech equipment and cutting-edge facilities that guarantee contemporary winemaking and ideal conditions for high-quality production.Estate Argyros: It was established in 1903, but the Argyros family has been involved in wine production for decades before that. It is the largest private owner of vineyards in Santorini and the current landholdings exceed 120 ha, a vast, four-generations-long investment.Hatzidakis Winery: This wine estate was founded in 1997 and today still cultivates 10 hectares of vineyards and most of them are organic.OENO Π Winery: It is located in front of the sea, in the area of the Kolumbo volcano, in Oia.Anhydrous Cellar Door Winery: In Greek, Anhydrous means “without water.” This winery creates unique wines, created by the earth, the volcanic rocks, and the sea breeze. These elements are reflected in the fruit meeting the smoky minerals and the incredible levels of acidity and the solid structure.Venetsanos Winery: The winery is situated very close to the port, overlooking the magnificent caldera of Santorini. It was built in 1947 by the Venetsanos family and became the first industrial winery on the island.
