Der Besuch beginnt mit einer Tour durch den Keller, die Temperaturen sind recht niedrig (12-14 °C). Daher wird dringend empfohlen, sich entsprechend zu kleiden.

Die Weinproben können von lokalen Käsesorten der Tositsa-Stiftung, handgemachten Käsepasteten oder Kräutertörtchen begleitet werden.
