Our stay at the villa was absolutely unforgettable. It was our first time visiting Santorini, and choosing to stay at Vivera was one of the best decisions we made. The property is stunning, with breathtaking views and the most spectacular sunsets right from the terrace. Bianca was incredibly helpful and truly available 24/7. Any time we needed information or assistance, she responded promptly and handled everything with ease. Eva and Aris made us feel completely at home. Each morning began with a delicious, heavenly breakfast that added such a warm and personal touch to our experience. From the exceptional hospitality to the beautiful location and comfort of the villa—everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

It's not very often you will find this level of quality renting a house. We have been travelling all over the world for 30 years, and this is definitely in the top 5 of the houses we rented. First the location, Pyrgos is a very lovely village, away from tourist with local life and beautiful view. Secondly the house is amazing, all you can expect from a 5 star hotel, we were so pleased by the quality of the equipment and the beauty of the rooms, spaces. Finally the service provided by Bianca and her team is above everything, they made our stay perfect. We will come back for sure. Congrats for your hard work and dedication.

We had an unforgettable stay at the Vivera Estate! The entire experience exceeded every one of our expectations. I proposed to my girlfriend during our trip and the Vivera team went above and beyond to make it truly magical! The estate itself is stunning — perched in the hills of Pyrgos, with breathtaking views and a peaceful energy that’s impossible to describe. But what really makes this place special is the people behind it... Demi and Nikos — the owners — were incredibly thoughtful and committed to making our stay as perfect as possible. You can tell how much love they’ve poured into the property — they truly want guests to feel the same connection to it that they do. Bianca — the property manager — was a dream to work with. So warm, so attentive, and so on top of everything. She even picked up last-minute flowers for the proposal, which meant so much to us! Everything felt so easy and seamless. And Eva and Aris — the service team — were the heart and soul of our stay. The villa was always spotless, but it was their kindness, attention to detail, and the personal touches that made all the difference. They were always one step ahead and so genuinely committed to creating an incredible experience — it really felt like they poured their hearts into everything they did. This place is truly special. We feel incredibly lucky not only to have stayed here, but to have met such amazing people. We’ll remember this experience for the rest of our lives — and we absolutely cannot wait to come back!

Spent the dreamiest 4 nights here (patina villa) with my husband and daughter, to celebrate a birthday & Mother’s Day. They took such great care of us, spoiling us from the moment we walked through the door with flowers, wine, a birthday cake and just all around incredible service. Breakfast delivered every morning is fresh, full of variety and was so much that it fed us for breakfast and lunch by the pool everyday. We arranged a private chef through the property and it was truly a highlight - highly recommend. The villa itself is beyond gorgeous & provides a relaxing retreat away from the crowds. Perfect place to destress and enjoy each other’s company. After spending a morning in Oia, and being surrounded by people, it was so nice to come back to the villa and slip back into the quiet, relaxing slice of heaven. The views from the villa are gorgeous all day long, but especially beautiful at sunset. We are already planning to come back and stay in the larger villa (which is also breath taking) with extended family. If you’re considering, Don’t hesitate to book! You’ll have a fantastic time.

Patina Vivera Estate is a hidden gem of unparalleled aesthetics on the slope of Prophet Elias, overlooking the endless blue of the Aegean. I spent 5 days with my family in this incredible property, and the staff made us feel at home. Antonio was an impeccable host and was always there for anything we needed. The house was always spotlessly clean. We enjoyed every moment there. Thank you for the hospitality! Until we meet again!
