I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful — I want to sincerely thank each and every one of them. The hotel was spotless, cozy, and very welcoming. One of the highlights was the beautiful view overlooking the port and the sea — you can even see the sunrise, which was absolutely breathtaking. What really stood out was how thoughtful the team was. They helped us arrange a taxi whenever we needed, and on the day we checked out (very early in the morning), they even prepared sandwiches, snacks, and juice for us to take with us. That level of care and attention really made a difference. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and thoughtful stay. Would definitely come back again!

One of the best nights at a hotel I’ve ever stayed at! The staff was beyond welcoming and even prepared a breakfast for us to enjoy on our balcony before our very early flight. We booked the “honeymoon” suite which had an unbelievable Birds Eye view of the harbor below. We enjoyed sunset, sunrise, and late night views from the amazing balcony. It was very hot when we visited but the air conditioner worked perfectly. The hotel doesn’t have an elevator but when we arrived, the staff immediately jumped to help get our bags up the stairs. The room was very comfortable and I loved all of the antique furniture. It is in a very walkable, popular location but remains very quiet at night. I wished we had a longer stay!!

I stayed in this beautiful hotel for my birthday in Chania. I booked a room with a rooftop terrace, and the view from the terrace was spectacular. I had the amazing view of the lighthouse as well as the harbour. Probably one of the best views I could imagine to have from one’s own terrace. The furniture in the room was a bit outdated, but it was meant to be classic. There was a comfy duvet for winter, which was thick enough to keep me warm. Olga, the lady who made us breakfast, was such a great host. She was polite and kind. She asked our preference for breakfast. I loved the freshly squeezed juice and the brewed coffee. The beautiful table settings, and she used beautiful glasses and cups, which she took out from a classic kitchen cupboard. I had a glance of their glassware collections, and I saw the photos of their family, too. The whole stay was memorable. It felt as if I am visiting a friend’s house in overseas that I am not so close to. Highly recommend.

Excellent stay. Olga was wonderful, gave us several recs on restaurants (Tamam, for instance) and sights to see. Her English was as good as ours. The room was spotless and contained antique furniture, a canopy bed, and a small balcony overlooking the small harbor. Breakfast was very good, with an assortment of fruits, breads, yogurt, and French press coffee. Definitely recommend.
