Oceanis Park Hotel

We stayed at this hotel for a week, and I can honestly say it was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The food selection was excellent, with a wide variety to choose from each day. The rooms were consistently clean and well-maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff, every single person we interacted with was incredibly polite, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. Stayed here for 5 nights. Hot snacks on like fresh pizza which was lovely. Themed buffet nights so you don't get bored of the food. Multiple cocktails on all inclusive menu. They have branded Pepsi. We had a late flight and they had shower rooms so we could still enjoy the last day. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Quite close to everywhere, old town, Faliraki etc. Would recommend.

Oceanus Park Hotel is a lovely, friendly place to stay in Rhodes. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the customer service throughout our stay was excellent. The food was decent with a good variety—especially enjoyed the homemade pizza and the convenient snack bar. The hotel is in a great location, just a 10–15 minute walk to a pebbly beach, and close to a live music venue that’s open during the season. Rooms were satisfactory and clean—nothing fancy but comfortable and good value for money. There was entertainment every night; some acts were better than others, but it added a fun atmosphere. Overall, we had a great stay and would recommend it for a relaxed, affordable holiday in Rhodes.

This hotel is absolutely perfect in every way imaginable. The best and nicest staff of any hotel we’ve stayed at while on a holiday. The room we stayed in is excellent with brilliant facilities, very good air conditioning and fresh towels and bed linen daily. You are provided with a glass bottle for water upon your arrival and if you arrive late you are also provided with snacks, cookies and fruit for the evening. The food is the best food of any all inclusive hotel we have ever stayed in. In our family we have a gluten free and vegetarian person which makes it very hard to find somewhere to eat properly abroad. Anita the restaurant manager could not be kinder and every day came to check we were okay and that we had enough to eat. On our arrival, she let us know we could have gluten free pasta, pizza, bread, pittas, pancakes, and everything could be made separate if needed. She is so kind and cannot do enough for anyone. We also have a milk free person in our party and she offered to make separate desserts and other soya based food as an alternative to the main buffet. All the food is labelled appropriately with allergens and everything was regularly stocked and kept fresh. Thank you Anita and the restaurant team, you’re all amazing! The bar team are excellent and a special shout out to the bartenders in the evening who are lovely. All inclusive runs until 11pm at night with paid drinks being available after that. There is local beer and wines, soft drinks and cocktails available all day. There are two snack bars with one providing gyros, chips and salad and another providing pizza until evening. There are also always sandwiches and cakes at every bar for snacks. The pools are excellent however you might struggle to get a sun lounger sometimes as it doesn’t always appear there are enough for everyone to use, and people are reserving sun loungers only to not use them for half the day. The daytime entertainment is fab and has a wide variety of activities including darts and aqua gym. Evening entertainment is varied and enjoyable, finishing around 10.30pm each night, although again you may struggle to find seats as it’s often very busy out front! The only downside which the hotel can’t do anything about is the view as unfortunately there isn’t much of one unless you have a room at the front facing the sea. If you leave the hotel you can walk outside and have a look at the gorgeous seafront, or alternatively take a trip to Rhodes town for the day or evening which is absolutely stunning. We have just had the most amazing week at this hotel. Staff are so friendly in restaurant and hotel staff members too. Lastly, the animation team are just fab Martyna and Ida were great with my children and really worked hard to engage them in all activities. Rio was also great! Would recommend to anyone.
