Koukounari Apartments Agistri

I just returned from my third visit to Koukounari apartments, and I'm already counting down the days until I can go back. My family and I absolutely adore this place. The staff and owner are incredibly kind and patient, making us feel right at home. The pool is perfect—never too crowded—and the location is ideal. It's the perfect spot for a relaxing week away. Highly recommended!

The best place. Dimitri and the staff were so kind with good energy . We had a lovely time,the rooms are clean and well equipped. The food is delicious. Can’t wait to come back!

The room was very clean and was cleaned every day the time we were there. Every day we got fresh towels. The service was great, the lady at the réception was very polite and the people at the restaurant as well, the pool is a perfect calm place to relax. In general it was a great expierence! The only drawback was that the floor in the bathroom was even with the shower so a lot of water gathered up but we didn't really have a problem. We recommend this beautiful place.

Plus: Perfect location for the island with 5 minutes walk to the beach and the restaurants and shops. Nice balconies and sea view. Ambitioned stuff. Clean rooms, towels and bed sheets. Descent furniture and air conditioning in the bedroom. Extra fan for cooling the living-kitchen room. Size of the apartment is ok for 3 people. Equipment for a kitchen enough to make your own food. Minus: We didn't get what we thought we would get by looking online, meaning we weren't located in the main "Koukounari" housing but to another co-working apartment complex 100meters away. That alone brings a slight bitter feeling in the beginning. Bathroom: is old, its door has mold stains. The heater hangs above your head as you shower. The taps are hard to open and close. The flush is taking forever to re-fill and makes a lot of noise. Not privacy in the bathroom because of the rolling door. Kitchen: Door to balcony hard to open and stuck on the floor while opening. Kitchen equipment doesnt feel pratt clean as I found a stuck hair in a pot for making coffee or boil water. Dirty neighbour garden with garbage left overs and stinky garbage containers.
