I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone! Too overpriced for what you get! The rooms are dark and outdated and in need of a serious upgrade. The breakfast is very minimalistic, only 3 people work in the whole hotel I guess the owner try to save money but they charge the guests top money for their stay! Im highly disappointed!

We reserved 2 bedroom apartment with 1 doble bed and 2 separate beds. We arrived vary late, around 23:00 h. About 21:00 Lady from the recepcione phone us and explane that she switch our apartment to more luxurious apartment but in this apartmen our kids will sleep in smaller double bed. When we arrived, this smaller double bed was short sofa. There was not enough space for 2 kids (14 and 12 years old, 168 and 185 cm tall!). We dlept vary bad. The hotel and room is beautiful, but sevice doesn't deserve nothing but bad emotion and bad grade!

No. Absolutely no. If the owner of hotel does not take any action to improve the condition of the rooms and organize the work of the team. I travel a lot. This is not my first 3-star hotel. And it was very unpleasant. We booked the most basic room category. We read the room description and everything was fine with us. The room is in the building next to the reception. There is no elevator. For us, the lack of an elevator was not a problem. But it may be inconvenient for older guests. There was a problem with a HUGE DEEP PUDDLE! which stretched from the door of the main building to the door of the other building. And it is impossible to step over. And not two steps. Yes, snow and rain fell on the village. But the problem could have been solved by laying down a flooring or boards. After all, the hotel is located in an area with a lot of precipitation. There were wires sticking out in the room, a hole in the blanket and a buzzing electrical panel. The flush tank was faulty and it had to be pressed constantly so that it did not fill up and did not make noise. Poor soundproofing. We were told that breakfast starts at 8 am. Two days in a row we came for breakfast at 8:30-8:40 and they only started to bring out the food. On the last day the coffee machine started to heat up only at 9 am. The hotel has great potential. Great place and staff. But without improving the small problems, unfortunately nothing will come of it.

If judged by the standards of a 3-star hotel, this hotel is a very basic one. It's located at a three-way intersection in the small town, with constant traffic and a lot of noise. The room is small. The service is okay, but the breakfast couldn't be simpler and they do not do sunny-side up, I mean, they do something like that so you can enjoy the eggs that are burnt on both sides at the spacious balcony with amazing mountain view.

The professional and diligent staff took great care of us when Storm Daniel hit the Pilio area recently, making sure we had food and shelter amid a police curfew and power cuts. A great example of Greek hospitality, even during trying and difficult times.
