Crystal Waters Lefkada

We had an exceptional stay at Crystal Waters Lefkada. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and always welcoming with a smile. Our suite was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was fresh, varied, and plentiful –served in a clean and calm dining area. The pools are stunning and well-maintained, and the entire property is beautifully designed and cared for. We had an amazing experience at Crystal Waters in Lefkada! The hotel itself is absolutely aesthetically pleasing and offers beautiful surroundings. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, always going the extra mile to ensure our stay was perfect. Housekeeping also was impeccable, keeping everything clean and tidy throughout our stay. While the room (Elegant Double with Private Pool) was a bit smaller than expected, the outdoor space with the pool was spacious and provided a wonderful place to relax. A special thank you to Katerina from guest relations. She helped me plan a surprise birthday celebration for my partner, and she truly went above and beyond. From organizing the cake and unique decorations to suggesting beautiful dinner locations and connecting us with an amazing boat rental company for a private boat tour of the island, Katerina really overdelivered and made our experience truly unforgettable. I highly recommend Crystal Waters for anyone looking for a beautiful and personalized stay in Lefkada.

We, a family of 4, had a wonderful vacation here. Very friendly staff and great food. Our room, a suite with pool view was perfect for our needs. The pools are very nice, but there is really too few lounge chairs around the pools. As a family of 4, it was a bit stressful to just find 2 chairs for us to use. We really had to finish breakfast early and send a person down to the pool to sit on a chair - otherwise we would not have had a chance.

We checked into our room and immediately noticed a light smell of sewer / feces. We thought this would go away. We returned to the room and took a showers. After the shower the smell got unbearable. It was so bad that we were no longer to able to enter the bathrooms. The smells penetrated the entire room. We called the hotel at 1am saying there is a problem. We shut the doors and put towels underneath to keep the smell out of the bedrooms. They sent a worker who told us „sometimes it gets smelly here“. They did offer to change rooms, but even if so- to have to leave the room after unpacking, at 1:30am is not the type of service I expect from a rather pricey hotel. The next morning we requested a discount/refund. The hotel staff was rude, and did not believe us. They requested to come and smell it themselves which we gladly agreed to. The receptionist walked into the bathroom and almost puked because the smell was so bad. We received a text messaged later stating- sorry there was nothing they could do and no one has ever complained before. Do not book here. No costumer service. They do not care about the guests. The did not even want to give us $50. We did not sleep that night. Horrible and VERY stinky experience. Will not be returning.

Nice, large and clean rooms. Possibility to make your own coffee/tea. Service is great. Breakfast has a good selection. There are various restaurants at the hotel where you can have lunch and dinner. We were able to rent a car for two days at a good price which I recommend to see more of the island.
