    One of my best hotel experience ever. The view was spectacular, overlooking the crater. Just outside our door we had a beautiful infinity pool. The staff was very professional, friendly and service minded. A dinner at the hotel is a must. The food was great and the view was spectacular. If you want a lifetime experience you should book this hotel when visiting Santorini.

The fusion of Mediterranean flavors at Sunsha is simply divine, with each dish crafted to perfection. Whether you're enjoying a sunset cocktail or good food and music , the experience is unforgettable. The staff goes above and beyond to make every guest feel special, ensuring that every moment is filled with warmth and joy.     Location and hotel view and amenities are Absolutely amazing. Great to be in the heart of Fira and still be secluded. There are lots of steps up and down but totally worth it if your up for it! Breathtaking views. The staff and service is amazing! Our family of 6 loved it and will definitely go back. Highly recommend.

    My family unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience at Casa Sunsha. We stayed for 4 nights last week in a 2-bedroom suite on the pool level. We found a large COCKROACH in the bathroom on our first night there. We alerted the staff who came with a broom and dustpan to catch the cockroach. The managers, Taso and Anastasia, said they would have the room cleaned and disinfected (which I assumed would have been done anyways), but offered no other way to rectify the situation. So instead, we slept with all the lights on for our entire stay. The other issue we had was the restaurant on the top level of the hotel plays extremely loud music every night until well after 1am that makes it impossible to sleep in the rooms below. Even with noise canceling headphones on, the thumping bass still resonates loudly off the concrete walls of the cave room. This would not be a problem if you plan to stay out late, but we were staying with our 8- and 10-year-old children and they were not able to go to sleep until after the music ended. The hotel makes no mention of the music on their website and should not advertise this hotel as family-friendly. I addressed this with Taso and Anastasia and their only solution was to offer me ear plugs. For 750€ per night, I should not have to sleep with all the lights on while wearing ear plugs. This hotel is in a good location with a nice view, but for this price you should not have to deal with cockroaches or loud music disrupting your sleep. There are plenty of nicer places in Santorini for this price or cheaper… choose somewhere else to stay.

    The management was over accommodating, the restaurant was only open for breakfast while we were there, but it was so delicious and you certainly didn’t go away hungry! The location was perfect and the views were spectacular, especially at sunset! Just know that there are a lot of steps up and down, but that’s pretty standard for all of Santorini!
