    Stunning hotel and fabulous service. We were given an upgrade by a partner hotel (which already set the bar high) and the two nights we stayed in the boutique suites were comparable to a dream! Perfect for a couples getaway with honeymoon standard rooms. Essentially no need to leave the hotel with the amenities that are on offer - only let down (personally) was the limited breakfast options.

    We had an absolutely amazing experience at Castello Boutique Suites! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel is spotless, beautifully designed and offers a peaceful atmosphere that's perfect for relaxation. Our suite was spacious, comfortable and had a lovely view of the rocky sea. The bed was cozy and all the little touches - from the decor to the amenities - showed real attention to detail. Dinner each evening was a delight, with fresh, high-quality options and excellent service. The pool area was quiet and relaxing in comparison to previous All-inclusive accommodations we had in the past. Higly recommended if you're looking for a romantic escape in Crete.

    Very nice hotel and friendly service. A bottle of wine, water, and fresh fruit were welcomed in our room. We stayed there for a week and were completely satisfied. Delicious food and cocktails at the bar. The breakfast buffet had a good selection. Those who prefer something savory can order various egg dishes, cheese, or sausage from the a la carte menu (included in the price). We would be happy to come back.

    This is an absolute dream hotel🥰 We have a maisonette room that is perfect. The private pool is huge, and the water is like a tap, clean and free of chlorine or anything, and the temperature is perfect. The vacation is absolutely fantastic. The breakfast is extravagant and delicious. The staff is courteous. In short, there are only rave reviews for this hotel. The sunny location is absolutely fantastic, with sun all day until sunset😎

    Really nice hotel The staff and management are extraordinarily friendly, sweet and so welcoming. I must especially mention these wonderful waiters: Antonis, Dimitris and Nicos and the managers Christoffer and Fransi who all welcomed us extremely well with smiles, humor and warmth. We had a great time and fun because of them. The hotel itself is new and very nice, with the most beautiful sea view. The restaurant serves absolutely unbeatable delicacies from an exclusive menu. They can be proud of their chefs there! Because they also do their job well, as do their cleaning staff, etc. who make sure it shines. We also experienced a talented saxophone player as terrific entertainment and of the evenings. My husband and I can warmly recommend this hotel.
