Valsamo Suites Santorini

Valsamo is one of these places that make you feel at home. It feels like it was created with real heart. Architecture is amazing, Cycladic beauty everywhere you look. The fluffy beds were a dream to sleep on for few days and the attention to detail is immaculate.The room smelled amazing, the staff was kind and helpful. This was one of the best stays I had in recent years, and its an experience I will carry with me for a while

We had the honeymoon suite which had the most incredible views! Hot tub was just perfect! The host could not do enough for us and was so helpful with recommendations and booking taxis for us. This suite is in the most stunning quaint location. Highly recommend, you will not be disappointed!

We got the honeymoon suite and it was gorgeous! Our host showed us to the room the first night and carried out luggage. Even if there is no front desk, there is a 24 hour concierge via WhatsApp which was really helpful in giving us info about the island. My favourite part is that on the terrace, there was a hot tub overlooking the view, it was just perfect.

One of the best travel decisions I have made was to stay in Pyrgos. I received very sage advice not to stay in one of the more popular sites along the coast of the Caldera and it was a wise decision. Pyrgos is not only a charming, beautifully situated, and off the beaten path location, but it also offers some of the best views of Santorini and has a number of amazing restaurants that I would highly recommend. I stayed at Valsamo Suites.... a traditional cave loft apartment, set atop the hillside with commanding views of Santorini and the village below. The apartment was well appointed despite not offering a full kitchen, but the balcony and the views commanded more attention than having to cook at any point during my stay. There are certainly enough local options on the menu nearby or with just a quick drive to some of the more heavily tourist spots along the way. I was traveling alone and Valsamo afforded me privacy, comfort and a friendly atmosphere for my entire stay. Christos and Andreas were available at any point and time for any requests or advice but they truly respected my personal space. The entire experience was spot on.... I will be back for sure.

Easily one of the most beautiful hotels we have ever stayed at. We had the honeymoon suite and it was amazing. Kimon (host) was the best of the best. He sent us activities, restaurants, and arranged taxi service. We tried two of the restaurants he recommended and LOVED them. This hotel is in the perfect spot and easy to get to Oia and Fira for day trips.
