The location of this hotel is amazing! It's in walking distance of a lot of Thessaloniki attractions, the waterfront, and the Statue of Eleftherious (which is a meeting spot for a lot of tours). The surrounding hotel area was also very safe. All the staff were great and welcoming, the rooms were clean and spacious, and the free breakfast that they can deliver straight to your room was a tasty way to start each day!

Great location close to the seafront and there are a lot of restaurants, Cafés and shops around. We did not have a car but we saw carparks in the area. We visited out of season as a couple. Service was good. Staff were friendly and tried their best. The cleaners were nice too. The Reception area looks awful when you enter! Cheap looking. Although our room and bathroom were huge, there was no attention to detail! Decor/furniture was cheap looking and the room looked "unfinished". No bedside lamps and we had to get out of bed to switch the lights off. I know this isn't hotel's fault, but there is a horrible view from both bathroom and front windows. Bed and bedding were comfortable. Everything was clean. Good coffee machine provided. Chipped paint on walls and furniture (easily reparable but not done), cracks in the floor (maybe re grout?), and a water leak by a large window when it rained, which flooded our floor. The room was very bare and devoid of any touching finishes (pictures/lamps/colourful cushions/comforter) and the only colour was grey and more grey! Decor in grey is not uplifting and is not a happy Mediterranean colour for a hot climate. We had no hot water for the 2 out of the 3 days we were there and I overheard other guests complaining to Reception about this problem too. We reported it and they appeared to turn the water temperature up a couple of degrees, but the water was still only slightly warmer the next day. The Airconditioning unit, when I switched it on "low" sounded like a jet plane taking off! If you put it on "high" you'd swear you were on a jet plane! I've never heard such a loud airconditioner in my life. We had to turn it off as we couldn't even hear the TV and definitely wouldn't be able to sleep. The Breakfast is delivered to your room on a Tray at a time you can choose. You just "tick" off items you want from a list provided. It was okay, but not really what one would expect at a "Boutique" Hotel. There is no table to sit at to eat even though the room is huge, which is very uncomfortable, and there is only one suitable chair to sit on at the dressing table, as the other chair is a low boudoir chair. I could not fully unpack our suitcases (there was no suitcase stand to put them on) and there was only one Drawer for a room which had 2 x large beds for 4 people. There is plenty of space in the room to put a large chest of drawers for 4 people. The wardrobe was a good size for hanging clothes. Unfortunately, this is not what I would call a "Boutique" Hotel and I would rate it as 3*. It is such a shame as it could be a very good hotel with a few changes.

Rooms and in general hotel appears to be quite new in pictures, not so up close, definitely not a luxury nor boutique hotel, nor "superior" - don't know where they got that notion from. Didn't like that there's no real eating hall so they have you fill out a paper menu and bring your breakfast (which was good food) to your room. It was ok because it's summertime and you can eat on the balcony/veranda which is a cool view but would probably be a problem in winter or rainy days. Don't plan on finding parking anywhere, even a 20euro per day parking garage which they recommended and have coop with was full so finding parking on the street was a nightmare and we got a 40 euro parking fine from the police. So at €194 in total with the fine it was not worth it at all and not a good value at all

The location for the hotel is on a key location of the city which makes it very convenient. The rooms were at a very good condition and clean. We had to leave earlier than the breakfast and they packed us for takeout. I will definitely stay there again.
