Soleado Luxury Villas Halkidiki

Have been there twice. The advantage is the private pool and modern building (I would not call it luxurious, though), as well as the manager Stavros, who is nice and accommodating. The head of service Natasha however is another story...On our first visit she suggested initially that we use the bathroom towels in the pool as they were too many just for the 3 of us...instead of giving us pool towels, which we got from the chamber maid at the end. On the second, she claimed that the tv channels don't work because it's a smart tv....just to connect our devices. The kalimera welcome treat in the morning as per their website was received only one morning and just on the second visit and not in the first visit. Natasha seemed ignorant and negative to any request, not knowing what they were supposed to provide; such as mosquito coils which we got on the first visit, but on the second there were none and the chamber maid again had to correct her when she said that they are not supposed to be provided. Coffee capsules and amenities were scarce(3 capsules and 3 sugar sachets for 2 nights, a few paper napkins, and a couple of dish washer tablets), so we got tired to constantly ask for more. On our arrival on our second visit Natashe couldn't find the front door keys claiming that they should have been on the kitchen table, so I had to let her in to check for herself(I myself, had to get in from the veranda door which was luckily left open), till finally she recovered them from the previous guests ( once again it was the chamber maid who informed her about the keys not been returned yet). The culmination of all is when she asked us to depart at 10 am or 11 at the latest, lying that they expect other guests which I double checked with Stavros who kindly told us that we could leave much later, as originally discussed, since no guests were expected that day; too late though as we had packed our stuff already and the pool was getting dirty with dead bugs and becoming unappealing as the purification of water stopped working the last day. As to the nearby beach, it's difficult to enter the water due to rocks. I would have rated it with 4 stars if it were not for the inconsistent service, poor location/beach but primarily the poor/immature behaviour of Natasha. If we visit again it will only be due to Stavros, who is kind and helpful.

We spent an extraordinary vacation at Soleado villas. Everything was wonderful, and our host Natasha was especially kind. You won us over, we're returning next year!

Great location, the rooms themselves are kinda wierd… the bathroom downstairs is too tight and some of the rooms are connected in a wierd way. Good location with nice view, but I’ve seen more luxurious hotels in Halkidiki :)

Posting this review while sitting by the pool of Villa Santolina, after a few days already spent here with my wife and our children (11 yo and 4 yo). Definitely an excellent choice for families looking to have a relaxing time in a beautiful location. The villas are very cozy, each with private pool (so the kids can play and swim as much as they want) and big terraces to relax while having a coffee or a cocktail. Nice view looking over the sea and 10 min walk to the closest beach where bars can be found. The nearby village has good fish restaurants. Easy to get by car to the other villages and beaches in the area. Friendly hosts expected us with a welcome basket and brought us fresh pies in the morning, which is always a nice personal touch. Loved our time at Soleado and looking forward to come back one day. Efharisto!

Had a great time. Responsible administrator. Cleaning and linen change every three days. Treats ( traditional Greek dishes) from the administration were a pleasant surprise. A kilometer to the nearest beach.
