Mr. & Mrs. White Oia - Santorini

Terrible place to stay! Terrible. I told my husband, I would rather fly home early to America, then stay at that rat trap. We expressed our unhappiness, and they still made us pay for the reservation. We ended up going into Oia and staying at Hom which was amazing! The first room they tried to give us had a loft bed of a 90° ladder. Then they gave us a room with a hot tub to make up for it and the hot tub didn’t work. The people in the restaurant took half an hour to wait on us and we were the only people there. The Greek salad wasn’t bad but the pizza and drinks were terrible and the service was obviously terrible. Very very disappointed in this hotel and the fact that they made me pay even though I didn’t stay there because it was terrible. I honestly don’t know how anybody could give this four stars or even two stars

The moment we got dropped off the service was impeccable, Yanis and Tom were a delight and were so helpful with everything. The home made lemonade on arrival is so refreshing and a nice gesture. The location is perfect close to Oia but not close enough that you get the hustle and bustle. The rooms were kept clean and the breakfast was great. Thank you again and we will be back!

Beautiful hotel and amazing experience. The breakfast was delicious, the pools were refreshing, and the views were unbelievable. Great location as well — quiet but still close to the town.

This hotel was amazing and the service is next to none. You hardly get this kind of service in the US. The breakfast was excellent and the view was so good from my room windows as well as on the balcony! It has a wonderful pool and right next to the hotel is a walkway that you can walk all the way to Oia!

We booked a last minute stay in their standard room with caldera view. The staff were all lovely from the moment we arrived. We received a tour of the facilities and were offered a welcome drink to enjoy in the restaurant with the view upon arrival. Our bags were brought to our room and everything was ready for us as soon as we came down. The view from our room and balcony, overlooking the pool and caldera, was gorgeous. The included breakfast in the morning was wonderful. It included made to order eggs and omelettes, various pastries & bread, spreads, veggies, meats, cheese, yoghurt, nuts & seeds, fruit, deserts, water, juice, and coffee made to your preference. Although breakfast ends at 11, we were never rushed and got to enjoy it leisurely. The restaurant staff are lovely and always remembered our preferences. The Oia to Fira scenic trail is right outside the pool area so it is very convenient to get around by foot. It’s approx a 15 minutes walk to Oia. We also did the hike to Imerovigli one evening for dinner and walked back for sunset. It was stunning. I believe there is also a bus that does pickups/dropoffs just outside the hotel and it is very affordable, however we didn’t use it as we were comfortable walking for our stay. Hotel management was incredibly accommodating, and sorted out an extension of our stay in our room for the same price, despite our room technically no longer being available online and prices having significantly increased. We really appreciate them going the extra mile to move things around for us. They also allowed us to check out late so we could enjoy breakfast and pack after our morning photoshoot. They stored our bags for us so we could enjoy the pool after checkout, and provided shower facilities so we could be fresh for our flight. Lastly, they organized an airport shuttle for us as well. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the lovely staff for facilitating such a lovely stay for us while in Santorini. It has been the perfect relaxing baby moon.
