Aegean Gem Kamari

Such a beautiful hotel and very comfortable beds!! The architecture of this hotel is stunning and they have beautiful plants around the gardens. We stayed in the Gem Suite, which had its own private terrace and hot tub. The rooms were very spacious and spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the fresh breakfast each morning. The owners were so friendly and inviting, greeting us with drinks on arrival! I would also recommend booking a massage treatment through the hotel, they come to room and the massage was amazing! Highly recommend.

There are many great hotels everywhere. But too few have…soul. At Aegean Gem we felt wonderful, like home, everything was comfortable, the room was impeccable, daily, the beds were wonderful, the breakfast was sufficient and the people, Nikolas and his whole family made the difference. All their recommendations (for renting a car, restaurants etc) were 5 stars! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to have an unforgettable experience on this wonderful island!

We haven't stopped talking about the Aegean Gem since we left on Saturday. A truly fantastic hotel. Firstly the location, very close to the restaurants of Kamari but far enough out of the way in a very peaceful area. Secondly, the hotel itself. Great rooms, quite large with good facilities and kept spotlessly clean. Quite a lot of thought has gone into planning these rooms, very modern and exactly the kind we like. Thirdly, the breakfasts were extremely good. Loads of choice of high quality products. We probably spent too much time chilling on the upstairs terrace and then retiring downstairs to finish off with some cake and a coffee. The scales back home will agree that I enjoyed my breakfast, oops. But, a big but, the best part of our stay was to be hosted by such fantastic people. Maria and Nicolas, you are doing such a great job, we will struggle to find hosts as good. Therefore we may have to come back. The hard work you put, your helpfulness and friendliness in is a genuine reflection of you as a family. Do not change. Sarah is missing her Greek lessons from Yiayia and I'm missing my 5 o'clock Mamos. Thank you for looking after us, we had a great stay. Tim & Sarah

Aegean Gem was the perfect place to call home while I was visiting Kamari. Everyone that works at the hotel is so kind and accommodating. I stayed here last minute from a change of plans and now I wish I was staying here longer for my whole Greece trip! The breakfast was delicious, the room was so cute and clean and the pool was a beautiful place to relax. I really hope I get the chance to come back here one day.

One of the best hotels I’ve been to. The host Nickolas was always super friendly and helpful. He helped up arrange car rental for much cheaper than we’d seen online and even prevented us from missing our airport transfer. The entire hotel was always kept very clean. The pool and hot tub in the room were the highlights of the trip. The breakfast was lovely and refreshing. After checkout on the last day we went to the beach (which is very close by) and we were even allowed to come back and use the shower and toilets downstairs. I hope to stay here again soon.
