We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens. The location is truly perfect – all major sights are within walking distance and there’s a metro station just around the corner. There are also plenty of great bars and tavernas nearby, perfect for ending the evening. Due to the central location it can be a bit noisy, so if you’re sensitive to sound, bringing earplugs is a good idea. The staff was overall nice, but I especially want to highlight the breakfast team: the food they served was by far the best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. On top of that, the service was incredibly kind and sweet – simply outstanding! All in all, a highly recommended hotel in Athens.

My wife and I were just wrapping up our 3 week visit to Greece and staying in Athens for the final 3 nights. Our stay at Morus Acropolis Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of our entire trip. The location in the Psyrri district was perfect - close to the attractions and Greek culture that interested us most. The rooms were outstanding and the breakfast delicious. Excellent value overall. The staff and service were exceptional. There was nothing they wouldn’t do to make our stay as pleasant as possible. If we ever make it back to Greece, we will be staying at Morus Acropolis. A pleasant boutique hotel in the heart of about storing our luggage while we were away, and had it waiting in our room when we returned. Both mornings we left early, before the breakfast room opened, but the hotel provided us with boxed breakfasts to go. We really appreciated their kindness and consideration. Highly recommend!

An oasis at the heart of Athens 🩵 We had the best first contact with Greece at the Morus Acropolis Boutique Hotel. It is indeed a boutique place, recently refurbished, with very comfortable and clean rooms. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly, always willing to make you feel at home. Breakfast is also very good, and includes meals that the team will cook for you at the moment. Location is also very convenient, close to the main attractions (15-20 minutes walk) and public transport. Very close to the hotel (just 5-10 minutes away walking) there are good restaurants with great local food, and places for drinks as well. Definitely recommendable!

Absolutely loved my stay! The building is a protected heritage property over 100 years old, beautifully restored with elegant ancient Greek-style interiors. Breakfast was outstanding — a high-quality buffet plus à la carte options freshly prepared by the chef. The location is unbeatable, just a short walk from the Acropolis. A true gem in the heart of Athens!
