We serve breakfast in our restaurant every day and the generously kept lobby area are a successful supplement. Each of the detached houses has its own garden with sun terrace and private swimming pool and due to the thoughtful design, privacy is maintained.

    Great villa, very well equipped and the thing that sets it apart is the hotel like service and Georgios. He is very helpful and always goes out of his way to help and be more accommodating. The views are very nice, and the pool was amazing. The private villa and pool is truly private, and no one will be able to see the pool area unless they walk into the villa ground itself, so this is ideal for those who are seeking seclusion The surrounding area has only limited restaurants, but there are cities 5 and 30 minutes away that have everything you might need, including restaurants and supermarkets.

    Outstanding vacations. MUST GO! The house and its surroundings are exceptional. We had a full privacy in our pool and beautiful garden - the house was very comfortable and well decorated. Georgios provided a 5-star service with excellent communication, always responding to our all needs within the minute. The restaurant on-site has excellent food and it was a true luxury to be able to order such quality food and bring it back to the house. The house was cleaned multiple times during our stay and our sheets and towels were changed too, just like in a hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay and believe it was our best vacations so far. Plus, Georgios and his team were very serious with COVID regulations (cleaning, sanitizing, masks) and we truly felt safe in his property.

    Gorgeous residence and location. Location might not suit everyone and it's tricky to get to, but the view. The pool is warm and super clean. The attached restaurant is excellent value and quality. Look at the serving of bougatsa!. Every thing Is cooked fresh by 2 wonderful Greek mama's service is exceptional and they are all wonderful. They are plenty of pics of the rooms. My only complaint, beds are too soft.

    The house and the whole property are an absolute dream. The host is incredibly nice and gives his very best to make your vacation as pleasant as possible. The house, pool and the whole property in which the five houses are located are in top condition and very well maintained and clean. And even with the adverse conditions caused by Corona, we lacked nothing and Georgios did his best to welcome us as guests and to let us have a really good time. The optional food in the small restaurant onsite was very tasty and is highly recommended by us. The location of Melidoni X Village is beautiful: a little above Melidoni you have a view on the Ida Mountains with Psiloritis as the highest point in Crete (which we hiked to at one day). By car you are at the beautiful beach of Bali (here the small bay Evita Bay is highly recommended) in about 15 to 20 minutes. It was a lovely and relaxed vacation for us. Thanks a lot once more

    I came here with my family expectinf a decent place to Stay with a pool. It surpassed all of my expectations by 100 the people here are kind and caring. The food is amazing. And above all the views pools houses are amazing to stay in. They are serene calming peaceful and really five you a break from the outside world. I would really recommend coming here.
