We stayed in a two bedroom apartment here twice over the last couple of weeks. Very comfortable and clean accommodation and loved the rooftop patio. Great location for walking to shops, museums, sightseeing and food.

Great apartments, and an amazing view. The only problem was the water, which was off one day, without warning, and the oven didn’t work. But all in all good place

A great experience, the appartment (floor 6) has a large balcony with fantastic views. All the equipment in the appartment new and spotless. Small living room, large kitchen, large bathroom and shower and bedroom with also access to the balcony. The waterpressure in the shower was sometimes a little less and one or more hangers near the entrance door would be nice. The location is fantasic, walking distance to Plaka and Kolonaki area. The Asklipiou area has fantastic small bars and restaurants with outdoor seating, in the evening and night very alive and great vibes all around. Next time I would stay again in Hestia for sure. Thank you.

We stayed for almost 2 months. Let's start with the good: the rooms are great, they are modern and pretty comfortable. The cleaning lady is very nice and helpful. But the service here is just awful. The so called "concierge" support number is a joke. They answer once in a few hours, in a rude manner, blaming the guests with everything and taking 0 responsibility or will to help with anything. Examples: 1. wifi is slow/barely working. Response: "it's a problem in the whole area, they are fixing it." which is obviously incorrect when the wifi in the Cafe next door works perfectly. And this goes on for 2 months with the same answer. 2. Fire alarm ringing crazy loud for almost 3 hours in the whole building without anyone responding or fixing it. Response (after an hour): "No one told us." again, a lie. 5 people wrote them over an hour ago, and also are you serious? Why do I need to tell you the fire alarm is on? 3. Apartment is too hot because of a sunny day with direct sunlight and AC is already on warm mode in the whole building. Response: "It's not hot in the apartment, it's cold. Open a window". Obviously window is open. And the list goes on. I think when the support improves this would be a great place, as the potential exists.

Brand new apartments, impeccably clean, quiet and with contemporary design, many amenities and everything necessary for a really nice stay. Daikin centralised AC system, Vitra/Roca bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, big fridge, really comfortable beds, blackout doors to the French windows... They also change towels every other day. Good bonus is the common rooftop terrace with 270° view over Athens (and the Acropolis) tables and chairs, if you want to have your own breakfast or drinks there. Definitely would stay again.
