Ethos Vegan Suites

We are just about to check out of Ethos, and I couldn’t wait before leaving this review. We have had an absolutely incredible time staying here. My partner and I came for our honeymoon and have been staying in the superior suite with rooftop hot tub and it has been nothing short of spectacular. The space itself is beautiful - everything you would need in your accommodation, and beautifully designed and laid out. And the food - I don’t know where to start with the food! 5 mornings of perfect breakfasts, with a different selection every day. Roast aubergine, tofu with tomato and herbs, pancakes, pastries, and more - all homemade and delicious. Impossible to pick a favourite. The attention to detail at Ethos is amazing - everything has been thought of, and Coskun and the team go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of. We are already planning to come back for our anniversary, if we can wait that long! Thank you so much Ethos for an unforgettable stay ❤️

I travel frequently across Europe for both work and leisure, and I can say that my stay at Ethos Vegan Suites in Santorini was one of the best hospitality experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and professionalism. Coskun, who manages the property, is an outstanding hospitality professional with a background in cruise service. He was available 24/7 and went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect. The suites themselves are immaculate—modern, luxurious, and thoughtfully designed, incorporating elegant Greek architectural elements in a truly tasteful way. Every single day, the room was refreshed with new towels, toothbrushes, and toothpaste, a level of attention to detail that’s rare even in top-tier hotels. The location is absolutely ideal—just 50 meters from the heart of Fira, close to all the main attractions, yet tucked away in a quiet corner that guarantees privacy and peace. And the breakfasts on the terrace—absolutely wonderful. Delicious, balanced, and beautifully presented every morning, with fresh, local, and entirely vegan ingredients that made each start to the day a joy. A true sanctuary of calm and comfort, right in the center of Santorini. Thanks Coskun for this unforgettable stay, we will return for sure!

We had a fantastic four-night stay at Ethos Vegan Suites. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, and gave us some great tips on where to eat around the island. The room was stylish, really comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The rooftop terrace and hot tub in the superior suite were such a treat—great for relaxing—but just a heads-up that it backs onto a main road, so it’s not totally private. Breakfast was a highlight every morning, beautifully put together with fresh, local ingredients. Just be prepared for some noise at night since it’s close to bars and clubs

This vacation felt like staying with family - family that gives you space but you know you can always come and ask if there is a problem and they would feel happy that you ask. We felt really welcome, the room including hot tub is amazing. We loved that everything 100% is vegan. The breakfast is one of the best you can ever get and location is also absolutely top. My partner had his birthday during our trip and they prepared surprise muffins for him and sang happy birthday (all free of charge) + we got a free late check out because the next guests came next - amazing service you only find in a family hotel like this! Really highly recommended! 😊🙏 we didn’t plan to go to Santorini again, but we will because we want to stay at ethos vegan suites again 😊🙏

Coskun was amazing, nothing was too much trouble. He was gracious, flexible and so funny. The accommodation was immaculate and modern. The location was extremely convenient, to shops, restaurants, taxi ramp and the bus stop. Loved our stay!
