Calives Premium Stay

Definitely NOT PREMIUM. The air-conditioning does not work correctly. There is no internet. The are no toiletries in the bathroom. You have to bring your own shower gel. There is no hot water, the shower head is broken and the lukewarm water is overflowing the bathroom. If you are more than 1 person, you cannot separate so that one stays in the room and the other goes out as 3 things like 2 doors and electricity work with 1 card. The electric plugs don't work. Impossible to charge your phone, it makes the electricity fuze so a blackout. Etc... It is a huge disappointment. And this place is new. Imagine how it will be in a few months!

a wonderful clean comfy room. but u need to put tents at the rooms above mikel, so we can sit outside for breakfast. amenities missing for the cost, and please put a window screen so someone can sleep without air-condition.

The place has many things which do not work. When you complain about lack of internet, no shower gel or no cleaning, you hear that it is your own fault. The area is dangerous to walk as it is on a main busy road. It is difficult to go out with the car out of the parking. Most of the staff are really rude and do not care about the venue as they already have a job, they are making coffees at the Mikel Cafe. We really regret this stay. Only the mosquitos worked. It was a disaster.

Very happy with the stay, everything was spotless and nicely decorated,breakfast straight down in coffee shop with polite and helpfull staff, supermarket and local restaurants nearby. -only downsides - no electric kettle and beach is a bit longer to walk ( in hot weather not really convenient). Thank you

Definitely a very nice place to stay. Rooms are big and very clean. Bathroom is very comfortable too. I strongly recommend
