It has an unobstructed view towards the Ionian Sea and is surrounded by olive and cypress trees. The complex features villas with private or shared pools and residences with stunning sea view.
All villas have verandas or private yards with breathtaking sea view. They are fully furnished & functional. 3, 4 and 5 Bedroom Villas have direct access to a swimming pool and are overlooking the Ionian Sea with spectacular views .
All residences feature verandas or patios with amazing sea view, open plan fully equipped kitchenette and sitting room.
Kloni-Gouli beach is fully organized, with umbrellas, sunbeds, and a self catered beach bar with light snacks, coffee, refreshments and drinks .

27.05.2025Perfect location, amazing view, private beach. Rooms are very comfortable. I can’t fault this place. The best hotel/ village we stayed during our holidays. Definitely recommend. One of the days we cooked some barbecue which was an amazing experience. We had an excellent experience with Olga who welcomed us at the hotel. From the very first moment, she was extremely attentive, polite, and helpful. Her professionalism and friendliness truly made a positive difference in our experience.

26.06.2025This is my second time staying here. We first stayed in 2023 for 4 days but loved this island so much we decided to come back again. We had 10 nights at Anassa Mare this time around and loved it! This time we had second floor apartment across from the beach and the views were everything and some. This place has a beach club across the road and not far from Port and Gaios. You will need a car or scooter to get around on. This time we met Olga who is the new manager at the property. I have to say she was amazing! Nothing was too much and she was available always for questions or any requirements we needed. She has a great system of using what’s app to text her for any cleaning or needs during the stay. Thank you Olga you are the best host I have ever experienced!

07.07.2025The location was spotless and very well maintained, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The highlight for us was definitely the breathtaking view of the sea—waking up to that every morning was truly special. It’s the perfect spot for a peaceful family getaway, and we left with great memories. A big plus for Olga, the manager of the location who was really attentive to our needs and made sure we had everything we needed for a perfect family holiday.

06.07.2025Amazon Family Stay in Paxos!! We had a wonderful stay in Paxos at a fantastic beachfront hotel! The location is perfect, right on a beautiful, cozy beach with great music and stunning sea views. The daily cleaning kept everything spotless, and the highlight was Olga, the manager, who was absolutely exceptional. She went above and beyond, granting all our wishes and even upgrading us to an apartment with a private pool for the kids, free of charge. The hosts and facilities were top-notch, making our family vacation with two children truly relaxing and unforgettable. 10/10!

14.06.2025The most amazing spot by a beautiful little beach with turquoise sea. Excellent treatment & service, the best hospitality ever. Clean, spacious, and everything new inside with all the amenities. And the views will just leave you speechless. I would give 10 stars if possible!
