Our villas are located in Preveza, in the area of Pantokrator. In a privately owned area we decided to create a private resort with facilities and amenities inside and outside each villa.

    This place is a gem, super cozy and quiet. The blue villa, the one that I visited, was spotless, beautifully decorated, and even better than the photos. And the best part ? It’s truly value for money. Unlike some overpriced places out there, this one actually delivers.

    Blue Villa. Lovely very well decorated and kept house. We stayed here for 4 days. 3 couples very comfortable as it’s a big house and pool. Credit to the owners as it is decorated beautifully. Aircon is great. Everything we need in the kitchen. Thoroughly recommend.

    We had such a pleasant and relaxing stay at Versa Villas for a short week, with the three of us (2 adults, 1 toddler). We would definitely revisit this place, the hospitality and looks and feel are all on point! Everything is exactly as shown on their website. A+

    The villa is stunning! Looks the same as the pictures. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The owner is very friendly and helpful by providing taxi and breakfast services if needed. Location is very residential although close to downtown.

    We stayed in the larger Blue Villa, which comfortably slept 6 adults. The property is immaculate, very clean and tidy, as well as very nice decor inside and out. The pool area was just as clean as the inside and was a very nice to relax in. The hosts are very communicative and helpful, responding to all our questions quickly. The property is roughly 10 mins from the airport and 3 mins from Preveza, making everything super convenient. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely come back again.
