    Stayed here for a long weekend. On the website it advertised kettle in room hair dryer and air con. When we got to the room it was outdated no hair dryer and if you wanted air con you had to pay extra per day. The towels wasn't changed and the room only cleaned once during our stay. The all inclusive drinks were really limited too. Staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you the food was okay but limited on choice. Breakfast was really nice. Sea view and pool were amazing. Getting to the beach from the hotel wasn't far but trying to cross the highway was a challenge in itself.

    We have been living in this hotel for two weeks with all family. It was our second time in this hotel. Tasty food, all stuff very friendly and helpful. Best location for travels around the Creta. Special good words to Kostas and all family members ❤️

    Staff is very nice, we arrived late, still was able to get dinner. location is good, close to shop,beach, main road. Our room was a bit outdated, but nice pool+sea view. Breakfast is delicious, various food.

    We stayed at oasis for a week, the staff were amazing, they couldn't do enough for us, we arrived late and they had finished serving food but they filled plates full of food from the buffet and it was delicious, we ate at the hotel every night which was very good, different food on the buffet every night. Because the hotel is up a hill they would meet us with a glass of orange juice if we had been out for the afternoon. The view from the balcony was lovely, we just had an amazing time so thankyou to all the staff at Oasis.

    Great hotel run by the family. You get great value for the price. The facilities are okay, the rooms are simple and clean, there is a small swimming pool. The food was simple but tasty everyday. My boyfriend is a very picky eater but he was surprised by the food as well. Each room has a balcony with a stunning sea view. Since it is not my first time in Crete, I was looking for a hotel next to Rethymno, so it would be easy to travel to all the places that we wanted to. So, staying in this hotel was perfect for that! Also, it is located in Scaleta, really depends on what you’re looking for, but we wanted a calm and relaxing environment and this hotel had it. Of course, the best part, like most reviews mention - the staff. They were always working, listening to every need, helping us and did that all with a smile. I know that it is not my last time in Crete, I definitely will be back and would love to come back to this hotel as it fits everything I need 🙂
