We stayed here for two nights. Very convenient location. The rooms were clean and spacious. The kitchenette looked great, but we didn't do any cooking. Nice views into the park. As others have noted, the pull out couch is very unusual. You pull from the top cushions. We thought it would be noisy, but the walls are thick and the glass is super heavy duty so street noise was not an issue for us. I would be happy to stay here again.

Need to improve cleaning of towels. The rest, very good, comfortable and wide space for 4 people. Though window views were not nice, it was not a big problem in Athens. Lift very small, only for 2-3 people. Kitchen was very well equipped.

This was fine for one night. It was clean. We made reservations for 5 people, it can sleep six, but we were not left sheets for the pull out bed. When we asked, we were told where to locate extras in a luggage room downstairs. No pillows for pull out bed. Very loud noise in living room coming in from street most of the night. Not the end of the world, pull out bed was very difficult to figure out. Never seen one like it. Wish there had been instructions. Overall, it was nice enough.

Modern, clean and well serviced apartments, bathrooms are great. The kitchenette, fridge/freezer and laundrette are really useful and in excellent working condition. Traveled in April so temperatures were fine and the heating/AC weren't needed much at all; however, though the heating worked we noticed the AC didn't - the service staff were attentive though and tried to fix it promptly. Location is really good and the views over the park are great. Nearby 35 bus stop gets you in to Monistraki Square though it's also walkable and the bus is frequent and good value. Lots of great value nearby groceries, bakeries and cafes/restaurants. There's disabled access to the building with a ramp, but the lift may be small for a motorized wheelchair. There is excellent soundproofing considering just how noisy the main road is - this is probably the main downside to a room lining over the park - sitting on the balcony is not ideal given the noise - but it's a small price to pay in the round.

This place was absolutely amazing, insanely clean even for Canadian standards, spacious, and close to everything. We were a little nervous about the graffiti in the local area but that's everywhere. Like literally everywhere in Athens. The park across the street was a nice place to let our kids run around. They have a really nice breakfast menu you can order food from the night before. They accommodated us with luggage storage and laundry even though we had already checked out. Reception is available to help 24 hours a day with no blackout periods. The cleaning staff was so nice that they even helped us with the laundry machine when they saw us struggling with it. Building, room, storage and amenity access was all provided through our individual code so there wasn't a need to carry around an extra pair of keys. They made us feel like important guests. My only regret is not booking them for the remainder of our trip in Athens. I posted some pictures of the view from the rooftop where you can see the Pantheon. And it's lit up at night unfortunately I didn't take any night pictures.
