Bacchus Pension Olympia

5 stars are not enough to describe our experience in Bacchus. The inn has an amazing view (great sunset view too!) and a very cozy, rustic feel to it, aided by the basis on stone and wood. The room was spacious, spotless and fully outfitted with all the usual hotel equipment. All furniture and appliances were in great condition. The dining area is very pretty and the breakfast selection was varied and delicious all around. The restaurant has great food and reasonable prices. The pool is another highlight. It definitely is the cleanest one I've ever been to and is very beautifully decorated. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they made us feel right at home from the very first second. I'll also have to praise Bacchus for being careful about conserving water and energy (e.g. 2 modes for flushing water, A/C goes on standby when windows are open). All in all, if you are in the area, this is the place to stay, no questions asked. We are already planning our next visit!

A very nice and confortabile location. We came here for 1 night just to visit the sites. We were impressed by all the facilities and accommodation of this little pension.

Perfect overall experience - clean apartment, friendly staff, swimming pool and great breakfast with a great víew. Would recommend to anyone!

This gem of a hotel at stones throw from Olympia, felt new in a luxurious way, but old in a traditional way. Best of both worlds. You have an impressive view of nearby hills from the side of the pool. They serve delicious Greek meals in its restaurant and a serve a good breakfast in the morning. Apart from Olympia, there are plenty of good beaches at a short drive's distance, so there is more to this place than just the archaeological site.

The only decent hotel in the area. Pool is nice, food was very good. The room is perfect with a cosy balcony with a good view. Breakfast was good (bread, yoghurt, cornflakes, eggs, some pastries and croissants, coffee and juice).
