Featuring luxurious Villa ‘Thea’ and two Deluxe ‘Akria Suites’, AkriaThea offers options for couples, families or friends visiting together.

Elegant and luxurious yet warm, Villa ‘Thea’ boasts a unique 15m saltwater pool with unrivalled sea views. The expansive open-space living/dining/kitchen area with a bathroom and a bedroom in the loft, is complemented by a wing of two large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Guests enjoy beautiful sea views and poolside terraces from every corner. For more than 6 guests, an additional section with living/dining/kitchenette, bedroom and bathroom is provided.

'Akria Suites' offer a perfect retreat with unlimited views of the Messinian bay, either for single or befriended couples and families, that enjoy a 10m saltwater pool right in front of their living room.

    Beautiful new villa with all the modern, and eco friendly vibes you’d expect. Location is superb on a cliff overlooking the sea but there’s no direct access to the beach below. Rooms are spacious and luxurious and everything you might need is provided. Host Maria is wonderful - always available, friendly, and professional without being intrusive. There is a second smaller property on site so if you’ve got a large group, can rent out both houses. If you’re a nervous driver, be forewarned the last 200 meters of the 1km narrow road are a bit rough and you’ll need to drive slowly if you have a compact car. The destination is well worth it though.
