We originally booked a 3-night stay at Sun Aeriko Hotel on Tinos, but ended up extending to 5 nights. This alone says a lot about the experience. The hotel is exceptionally designed, with great attention to detail and an elevated, earthy aesthetic that feels modern yet rooted in nature. The rooms are beautiful, thoughtfully curated with high-quality touches—from soft lighting and candles to luxurious bedding and decor and scents that exudes calm and comfort. The location is ideal: tranquil and private, yet not too remote. You’re surrounded by nature, with a stunning view, and only a 5-minute drive away from the town of Tinos, which is also visible from the property. It strikes a perfect balance between peaceful retreat and easy access to restaurants, shops, and sights. We especially loved the small private plunge pool, which was perfect for a quick dip or a lazy afternoon on a warm day. The staff deserves a special mention as they were incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our stay. Another highlight was the hotel’s food: breakfast was as good as other reviewers promised: fresh, healthy, and delicious, with little indulgences like homemade cakes. We also had several lunches and a dinner at the property and enjoyed everything, from the quality of ingredients to the relaxed service and the setting. Overall, Sun Aeriko is an excellent choice for travelers looking for a serene, stylish base on Tinos that combines high design, warm hospitality, great food, and a well-connected location.

Everything was perfect from the moment we arrived until the moment we left. Eleni had clearly thought through every detail—nothing was missing. Her warm hospitality mindset was reflected in every member of the team. From the reception, to housekeeping, to the kitchen staff, everyone treated us with care and attention. The interior design was tasteful and elegant, the view was absolutely stunning, and the breakfast was rich, varied, and delicious. The Chef deserves a special thanks because he always tried to fulfill the needs of my 2 years old daughter! This is the kind of place where you could try to find a flaw… and still come up empty. The cherry on top? The personalized slippers for our 2-year-old daughter—an incredibly thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. Highly recommended, and we will definitely be returning!

Every detail was taken care of with genuine warmth and care — from personalized slippers in all sizes to calls for taxis, curated recommendations, and daily check-ins to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was incredible. We had visits from the chef at our table, who not only took time to explain each dish but made us feel truly special. Everything was beautifully prepared, fresh, and local. Sun Aeriko manages to deliver the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and heart. We've traveled extensively, and I can honestly say: This was the best hotel service I’ve ever experienced — in any country. If you're looking for a place that goes far beyond hospitality and makes your stay unforgettable — this is it. We can’t wait to return.

Hospitality is a poor choice of word to describe what this establishment offers. The "philoxeneia" of this place and its people is an at least 5 star rating! The breathtaking view combined with the Michelin star level of food served, makes it a must visit for any traveller who knows how to enjoy life. My suite welcomed me with a refreshing drink and a basket of Easter goodies, such a thoughtful touch! The hotel is spotless and every corner feels fresh and bright. My suite had gorgeous sea and island views. The breakfast stole the show: fresh fruit, homemade pies, local cheeses, and perfectly cooked eggs. It was the ideal pick‑me‑up before setting off to explore. If you’re heading to Tinos and crave a clean, slow‑living hideaway with a warm vibe and a team that truly goes the extra mile, Sun Aeriko is it.
